Relax in the open-concept living room, featuring a stylish electric fireplace for added ambiance. The space offers plush seating and a smart TV with streaming access—perfect for cozy movie nights. Stay connected with Wi-Fi throughout the cabin.

Bedrooms:
Primary Bedroom: Spacious and inviting with a king bed, smart TV, and large windows showcasing scenic views.
Bedroom 2: Comfortable with a queen bed scenic views, and plenty of storage.
Bedroom 3: Cozy and charming with two twin beds—ideal for kids or additional guests.
Additional Sleeping Space: The living room includes a sofa bed for extra accommodations.

Bathroom 1: Full bath with a shower —perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. (master)
Bathroom 2: Another full bath with a tub, providing added convenience for larger groups.

Grandview Cabin offers the perfect blend of mountain charm, modern comfort, and easy access to nature—ideal for families, couples, and adventurers alike!

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire cabin, including the private outdoor space, parking area, and hot tub.

We can be reached by phone and the maintenance man is available if needed.

We are a dog-friendly house. We allow a maximum of 2 dogs. There is a $25 fee per dog. Dogs must stay off all furniture. The owner is required to pick up waste in the yard. Dog bags are provided. If they are left alone, they must be in a crate. Read house rules for more info.
No Smoking of any kind inside the cabin. Please use the designated containers provided for disposal. High fire warnings are in place—ensure any ash is fully extinguished.

Septic System: Please only flush toilet paper (no wipes even if they say “flushable”) in the toilets. Avoid putting grease down the drains.

Water Use: Mountain water is safe to drink directly from the faucet. Please conserve water when possible.

Heating and Cooling
If your cabin has a thermostat please make sure to keep the heater on during winter months to avoid pipes freezing.
Cabins do not have AC but fans can be used to cool the cabin during the summer months.

Safety Features
Fire Extinguisher: Located in the kitchen under the sink.
Smoke Detectors and Carbon Monoxide Detectors are installed for your safety.

Kitchen Supplies
Essential items are included for the use of our guests. Please use them with respect and notify the manager if an item is accidentally damaged so we can replace the items for the next guest.

Pets
Dogs are welcome but should not be left unattended inside the cabin or should be put in crates upon departure.
No pets on furniture or beds. Always clean up after your dog and dispose of waste in the outside trash bins.
$50 charge for excessive dog hair or damages.
Charges for any chewed, scratched, or broken items will apply.
