Air conditioning in room did not work. No daily housekeeping service. Breakfast selection was poor compared to other hotels at this price point. Breakfast layout was very poor resulting in long lines. Hallways had the ugliest carpeting I ever saw. All in all, a very bad selection

We enjoyed a comfortable 4 night stay. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Staff was polite and accommodating. On site laundry had multiple washers & dryers, made easily usable to pay by app. The breakfast was the BEST we've ever seen in all of our hotel stays. 10/10

Had a great experience on an earlier stay here. This one not so much. First room I was assigned had a very strong musty sour odor. The second room was better but is in a very noisy section of the hotel. The young woman at the front desk was not very cordial or friendly. Very different experience from just a month ago.
