Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. đ Separate Basement Unit: The basement is rented out separately and has its own private entrance. Please note that we only provide street parking. The courtyard is shared with the basement guests, and the hot tub is also shared with other guests on the property.
âšïž Hot Tub Notice: We frequently drain and refill our hot tub to ensure it is clean and sanitary for all our guests! Our water comes from the Rocky Mountains, which can be extremely cold in the winterâsometimes as low as 48°F. The hot tub heats at about 6°F per hour, so if itâs been drained and refilled earlier in the day, it may be in the 60s or 70s when you arrive. Rest assured, it is heating as quickly as possible and will be ready for enjoyment later in the evening.
