Great property!

We really enjoyed our stay in Colorado Springs! The location was super close to jump on the highway and start our day. The park across the street is very nice as well for the kids to play. It did seem there was quite a bit of outside traffic coming and going to the park which made it busier than we thought but wouldn’t deter us from staying again. Lots of space for our group of 8 to use in the home. The hosts had a list of local places to eat and activities which helped out a lot. The only “wish” would be a little larger couch/seating area downstairs. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!

Great family property

Enjoyed our stay with the kids. House was clean and well stocked. Loved that we had a garage to park in. The park across the street was super convenient- just had to be extra vigilant as cars drove very quickly around the corner so crossing the street to the park was not something we could let our kids do alone. Beds were super comfortable!

House was clean and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable. Down stairs is a little plain and the kitchen could use a set of measuring cups and spoons but had everything else we needed to cook. Upstairs living area was very comfortable and we spent most of our time there. Had a little trouble with the front door key pad but owner was very helpful and we worked it out. No yard but games inside house and a park across the street.

Great vacation home♄

We loved this property~ it looks exactly as pictured and fit our needs perfectly. Clean and spacious. There were only two of us, but the space was great and the bed was super comfortable (which is important to me). The location is close to everything~ 15-20 mins from nearly everything which was very convenient. Overall extra happy and would consider booking it again in the future with our kids when we visit again. Thank you Todd and Dana :)

We had a great stay! The beds were comfortable. Bunk bed was big hit. It's perfect for families (although others would enjoy it too) - there's foosball, checkers table, games, surround sound TV/movies, and across the street from a park. The host, Dana, was super helpful and responsive.

The house was very clean and comfortable. My grandsons loved the game room area. I also loved the fact that the washer and dryer was full size. The mattresses were very comfortable. My husband has a bad back and he slept very well. Dana, the property manager, responded very quickly. Lovely stay!

This was one of the best vacation homes we have stayed in. Tons of space to spread out, plenty of towels and washcloths, extra blankets (even cozy blankets for the couches), shampoo and soap in the showers, well stocked kitchen, pretty much anything you can think of house-wise for bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms, laundry was there. This is how vacation homes should be! Our kids loved the foosball table and games. Having access to park in the garage was a huge perk as well. We don’t have babies anymore, but there were also plenty of things for littles including a master closet big enough for a room for the pack n play. Thanks for a great stay!

Fantastic Location and Perfect for Family

Out stay was spectacular from start to finish! Dana was a fantastic host and communicated well and helped us out with recommendations and answered all our questions in a very timely manner. The location was perfect and not far from any of the major attractions. The park across the street was great for walking in the evening and for the kids to enjoy. I loved the upstairs area for movie night, gaming or just hanging out. Overall I would highly recommend this house for a great vacation and memories that I will treasure for a long time to come!

3 Nights in Springs

This property was everything we thought it would be for our family of 5 plus two grandparents. It had plenty of space for us to spread out, nice to have an upstairs and main level hang out. The bedrooms were all nice sized, especially the master. Loved the game room and the two car garage! The only thing I would improve was the location. It felt like a nice safe area but getting to downtown and the west side of CO Springs was awkward. Not a long drive just weird. I would definitely start here again despite the location. Most of us commute much farther for work or play. I recommend!

We had a great time staying at this property when visiting family in the area. All of the baby equipment was really convenient - as well as the park across the road! Having 2 living rooms came in handy on multiple occasions. Would stay there again!
