The Hyatt Place Downtown Colorado Springs is a great hotel. The rooms are clean, spacious, and very well designed. The breakfast is very good.

Nice place to stay. Breakfast had plenty of options but could have been refilled more. It was usually empty 1 hr after it started. People at front desk were nice and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay!! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean. We really liked our view. The pool and hot tub were great. We would definitely stay here again!

The room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was great and the black out shades completely seal out the light so you can sleep in. The bathroom also has vanity lighting around the mirror which made getting ready so nice! The staff was very nice and the breakfast was good too.

The hotel is very fancy and new. The fact that they had an indoor pool for the kids was awesome. The breakfast is great! If I could give feedback, it will be the parking situation. There’s no parking on-site unless you park valet, which is pricey. The parking os across the street and at night the streets are not super safe with the homeless population.

This hotel has the BEST showers I've ever had in a hotel! The rooms were large and well appointed with amenities. The breakfast offering was average at best. The staff is great. Downsides, this hotel is across the street from the bus depot so there were a lot homeless around. Plus though it's next to great climbing gym

I wasn't sure at first if I wanted to book this hotel as I just stayed at another Hyatt and had a not so great experience but, I'm glad I did after all. This Hyatt was clean and updated. I felt comfortable and safe. The staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend!
