- **Second Floor**: Up the custom log staircase are two additional bedrooms: a canopy king bedroom for adults and the `Tepee bedroom,` perfect for children and teens. These rooms share a full bath with a tub/shower combo.
- **Lower Level**: Bright and spacious with lake-view windows, the lower level has two bedroomsâa queen `Sweet Dreams` bedroom and the `Stag` room with two twin bedsâsharing a full bath. Step out to the patio for nature views or relax in the hot tub.

**House Rules & Important Information**
- **Lake Access**: Guests may enjoy the views and walk along the road but do not have access to community lakes or common areas, which are privately owned.
- **Hot Tub Maintenance**: Weekly professional spa maintenance will be performed for your health and safety. Notification will be provided in advance.
**No Air Conditioning:** Not common at this elevation; summer months remain cool with low humidity.
**Consumables**: Some condiments and snacks may be left by previous guests. Please use your discretion with these items.
