Kick back with a steaming cup of coffee and enjoy exceptional North East views of Ute Pass through a wall of windows in your living room - or lounging anywhere on the 3000 square feet of decks. Stroll out the side door and pick up Esther's Trail heading up into Pikes Peak National Park. Or drive a mile over to the North Pole amusement park and the start of the toll road to the top of majestic Pikes Peak.

Our house is perfect for romantic retreats, working vacations, family gatherings, and personal or holiday celebrations, with plenty of open spaces for entertaining, a large family room on lower level equipped with fridge, wet bar, board games; LCD flat-screen TV; wireless broadband service; and unlimited long-distance phone calls. New furnishings, light rustic/southwest interior, fully stocked kitchen, beds, and baths.

Master bedroom top level has king-size bed, cable TV, double-head shower; two bedrooms on main level - queen bed in one and bunk-bed in other - share hall bath; Bottom level has bedroom with two twins, hall bath, and pull-out double bed in family room.

Awesome Family Getaway

Loved the property, beautiful views. It was perfect for our family of five. Very nice place
very simple decor (aka not a lot of breakable things for young hands to fiddle with). Literally 15-20 minutes max from all of the primary area sites. Would absolutely return, no doubt about it. We had a wonderful trip and made some great memories with this as our home base for several days.

Wrong date

My siblings and I stayed at this house from July 19 to July . 23. We found the house quite nice and have little negative to say. The lock box for the key was difficult to open. The huge windows lent to a beautiful view but provided blinding light during the morning. Perhaps some blinds? Very secluded and peaceful. Highly recommend.

Great Family Getaway

My family joined me for my 50th birthday here. They are from Florida and were able to really experience Colorado as it should be experienced. The boys had so much fun playing in the snow and the house itself was conducive to long family dinners and time spent together. We loved it!

Wonderful experience

We were looking for a quiet place to let our Florida kids experience snow. This location was perfect! The house had everything we needed. The views were beautiful, and the location is close to so many attractions. We would definitely stay again!

We love the location and layout of the cabin. However, we felt like the property was getting run down, beds not comfortable, sofa dirty. Listed as sleeping 10 but beds for only 8. Two air mattresses had leaks and sofa bed was broken. Beautiful scenery. Glad we had 4-wheel drive vehicles.

Need more kitchen towels and wash rags and clean pot holders. Stove top not clean. I worked on it because I didn’t want to be blamed for it. Recliner didn’t always work properly. Not that unhappy, but feel owner needs to have a talk with maintenance.

Mountain Paradise

Rental was up the mountain a short way but once you got there what a nice retreat. Very private and serene with a great view. My wife and I decided to stock up on food and beverages and just eat dinner in every night since it was so nice and not have to drive back into town (Mantitou or Colorado Springs). Nice views in the morning and evening!

Spacious and Beautiful

This is the second time my family has stayed at this cabin
and we always enjoy it! It was neat to see the subtle but nice upgrades since our first visit - none necessary but a pleasant surprise. We enjoy having 3 bathrooms, all with good water pressure, the stunning deck and view - especially when the afternoon storms roll through, and the location for all the things we like to do, including a lot of outdoor activities. The breezes on the deck are great and keep the house cool before and after the hottest part of the day. It feels like “home” to us and we are grateful to have a nice space to spend time together as a family.
