The Space: Welcome to our inviting space! Our home boasts five cozy bedrooms for a comfortable stay. The master bedroom features a ceiling fan, closet, bedside lamps, and a plush queen bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The second bedroom offers a single bed and a ceiling fan for added comfort. In the third bedroom, you'll find a queen bed and a bunk bed, also equipped with a ceiling fan. The fourth bedroom provides a queen-sized bed, while the fifth bedroom offers two single beds. Our fully equipped kitchen awaits your culinary adventures, complete with cookware essentials. Relax in the spacious living room with ample seating and a 60" Smart TV, or unwind in the family room, furnished with another 60" Smart TV, ample seating, and a piano. Parking is a breeze with 3-4 spaces available in the driveway. Freshen up in the full bathroom, supplied with towels and soaps, and take advantage of the in-unit washer and dryer. Step outside to the patio, equipped with a BBQ grill, outdoor seating, and dining area, perfect for enjoying Colorado's beautiful weather. The fully fenced garden backyard offers privacy and space for outdoor activities. We can't wait to host you in our delightful space!
Guest Access: Guests are granted complete access to the entire residence, except for the garage, which remains inaccessible for guests. For your convenience, a self-check-in system is in place, facilitated by a smart lock that utilizes an exclusive code designated solely for your use.

Dear Valued Customer: Due to the extreme Summer temperatures, we will be returning to our Summer schedule. Starting the week of June 3rd we will start our service routes at 5:00am which will allow us to reduce our exposure to the afternoon heat. Type of Cooling for the Home
Central AC units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.
Locations of All Security Cameras 1. Doorbell Camera on front door, Back porch and by the garage. They are operating when the house is not occupied. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited.
Reminders About the Property -Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking. -Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area. -We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.

Spectacular!
This place was everything that we expected. The description is spot on to our experience. The house was beautifully decorated and clean. All the amenities that you needed in a house for kids and a family. Backyard was great for kids to get out and run around. Close to the city made things convenient. The features of the house were nice, like lots of warm blankets and TVs. Everything was just great.

Definitely recommend!!
Our family had a wonderful stay. We had 6 adults and 3 teens, and we were very comfortable. We especially enjoyed all the seating on the back patio with a beautiful view of the mountain. All the furnishings and appliances were modern. The house was very clean and felt like a true vacation home. The neighborhood was extremely quiet. We loved the location- close to several attractions and restaurants. I especially enjoyed the restaurants in Old Colorado City only a few minutes away. We had a small problem with the trash from previous tenants, but a message to the hosts had the problem fixed shortly. Our only recommendation would be to provide a few more hand towels. Overall we had a perfect stay and would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a comfortable, quiet location.

Great location and 2 separate living areas
Very clean and quick response when we started out with a clogged shower drain. We appreciated the generous supply of towels and other items. Our only issue was the auto settings on the thermostat. My parents are in their 80’s and were cold most of the time as the thermostat went down to 65 automatically. It was probably 60 degrees in the basement.
