Welcome to The Granite Peak Two-Bedroom Suite, a comfortable, pet-friendly apartment ideally located between Old Colorado City, Manitou Springs, Garden of the Gods, and Red Rock Canyon Open Space.



With two private bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a spacious living area, this apartment is a convenient home base for couples, families, friends, and longer stays in the Colorado Springs area.



THE SPACE



The apartment sleeps up to four guests in two bedrooms, each furnished with a queen bed and hotel-quality linens.



The bedroom closest to the kitchen includes a private ensuite bathroom. The second full bathroom is located just outside the bedroom near the front entrance. Towels and additional linens are provided for your stay.



The living room features a large L-shaped sofa, a 43-inch television, a coffee table, and plenty of room to unwind after a day of hiking or sightseeing.



Please note: this unit does not have individual air conditioning in the bedrooms. The only A/C is located in the living room.



The kitchen includes:



• Gas cooktop

• Full-size refrigerator

• Microwave

• Drip coffee maker

• Plates, glasses, and utensils

• Pots, pans, and cooking utensils

• Basic cleaning supplies and hand soap

• Large kitchen island with barstool seating

Guests have private access to the entire apartment and its separate entrance.



Free parking is available on the property, including garage parking when designated for the reservation. The backyard is located at the end of the building and is shared with guests staying in the other units at San Ayre Court.

Please note: the property is located near a road, so guests may occasionally hear some traffic noise.



PET-FRIENDLY



Pets are welcome with prior approval. A one-time pet fee of $40 per pet applies. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and following all property pet rules.

San Ayre Court includes several separate guest accommodations. You will have a completely private apartment, entrance, kitchen, living area, bedrooms, and bathrooms, while the parking area and backyard may be shared with other guests.



The property is located along West Colorado Avenue. Guests may notice some road activity outside, although previous visitors have reported that the apartment remains comfortable and quiet inside.
