Check in was horrible. The person behind the counter was new and inadequately trained or just incompetent. In addition to taking 45 minutes to check in with only 1 family ahead of me, the hotel required a $50 room deposit in addition to the room charge. In order to get a refund you were told to write down your credit card number and expiration date on a sheet of paper which I was told would be "safely" kept and then destroyed.
The hotel was clean, however the towels were either cheap or washed too many times, and the wash clothes had stains on them.
Breakfast was non existent. They forgot to make the coffee, and the machine they use to make it takes at least 30 minutes. They did have orange juice, apples, and a toaster, but you had to bring your own bread.
I have stayed in worse, but I don't stay in those again either, as I won't be returning here.
If you stay here I hope you have a better experience than I did.
