Worst check I ever experienced. No one at front desk. Rang door bell for 10 min. Had to yell in the door. Finally had to call and they were on the second floor. After that very rude and did not care we couldn’t get in. Absolutely a disgraceful experience. I will be talking with the manager in the morning.

We stayed 2 nights for a golf tournament. Staff was friendly. Breakfast had great options. Room was mostly clean. It looked like they missed vacuuming and they didn't take trash the first day but did leave clean towels. When we got back after first day, our key cards didn’t work because they had only been set for one night not two, minor inconvenience. The back door key card system didn’t always work either. Also swimming pool was not avaliable which was not advised on check in but when heading to the pool and found sign on door.

Room and bathroom was spotless, even grate in the bathroom ceiling and corners. The breakfast was awesome wirh hot and cold choices including bacon and sausage and the ability to make pancakes. The staff were all pleasant and easy to understand. Everything went smoothly, a real delight.
