This brand new farmhouse was recently completely rebuilt and renovated w/ all modern amenities now for our guest's to enjoy! You will love this 4bed/2bath retreat located on 9acres w/ a pond, pickleball, space to swing and relax on a covered porch! Inside no detail was left undone from a beautifully updated kitchen to brand new furnishings and gorgeous bathrooms! Located just 15 minutes to downtown Columbia and 10 mins to Fort Jackson, it's a peaceful retreat with privacy and space unwind!

Welcome to the Farmhouse BNB! This is a beautiful, clean, modern farmhouse located on a peaceful setting with space on 9 acres to relax and unwind after exploring all that the sweet southern city of Columbia has to offer you! It's common to see natural wildlife on the property from geese to deer!

Linens & Starter Supplies of paper products provided! We really love hosting on Airbnb and want you to have a great time!

This home offers 4beds/2bathrooms, modern amenities throughout, a large farmhouse table that can seat 10 and an updated navy and gold kitchen with marble backsplash & updated bathrooms, as well as, 2 living room spaces and fun add-ons like a pickleball net, covered porch with hammock swings, string lights, and a rear patio with Adirondack chairs a grill and rockers to enjoy the many geese, pond & farm land views, as well as the stars at night! Everything is brand new and ready for you!

1)KING MASTER BEDROOM: Sleeps 2. You'll be very comfortable in our King bedroom with Roku TV to stream your own providers, and built in dresser in closet, as well as room darkening shades for blissful sleep!

2)QUEEN BEDROOM: Sleeps 2 This room offers a comfortable gold queen canopy bed decorated in calming green hues and light filtering farmhouse curtains that overlook the side yard where you can see geese grazing the fields quite frequently.

3)TWIN + TWIN BEDROOM: This 3rd bedroom offers 2 comfortable twin beds, a closet and a shared full hall bathroom! It's decorated in light blue striped bedding and leather accents! It offers blue room darkening roman shades for blissful sleep.

4)BUNK BED BEDROOM: The 4th bedroom offers a twin over twin navy and wood bunk bed, toys and games. This room was designed with children in mind, but comfortable for 2 adults as well! We have room darkening blinds in this room as well!

There are 2 shared hall bathrooms.

Bathroom 1: Features grey & white veining tile in the large stand up shower, a marble farmhouse sink vanity with updated lighting! We supply some make-up remover and cotton products, as well as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash so you don't have to bring much when you travel.

Bathroom 2: Features a tub/shower combo with updated lighting and arched mirror! There's some additional "get ready" space set up in the hall , so everyone has a spot to get ready! We offer cotton products, make-up remover, lotion, body wash, soap, shampoo & conditioner.

This home offers a lot of room to sleep up to 8 guests + a pacnplay + crib sheet for infants.

Please inquire about DOGS. We may accept up to 2 potty trained dogs with a $75 pet fee for 1 dog or $100 for 2. Pet crates are desired while you're away if you can. No swimming dogs. We do NOT accept cats. Your pet fee goes towards the extra cleaning required to ensure our property is free of allergens for other guests.

This home is equipped with a smart lock on the front door and a unique code to you will be sent to you prior to your arrival. We do have a navy farm gate at the beginning of the driveway that you will have to get out and unchain to pull down the driveway to the house.

We live nearby, but you won't see us unless there's a problem! We are available if you need us.

While we are nestled on 9 acres. The property is close to the interstate, so there's a little hum of interstate noise nearby, however, it should not impact your stay or keep you from great sleep or enjoy the amazing views/grounds! We do not have any actual farm animals, but there is plenty of natural wild-life, so please be mindful of this and respectful of the geese and deer that quietly roam the property. It really is a geese sanctuary and very common to see them in the pond or grazing the fields.
In addition to federal/state/local laws, and any laws enforced by your booking app, please be mindful and respectful of the following house rules:
- NO Smoking in or on the property! This is a strictly no-smoking property. If you smoke we will charge you an additional cleaning fee and cost of ozone remediation.
- No parties / loud noises. Respect Quiet Hours 9pm-9am
- No unapproved guests, unless otherwise agreed upon/given permission by host. Only the guests quoted on the stay are permitted onto the property. If you have any unapproved guests, we will charge a fee of $100/unapproved guest, and require the extra guests to vacate the premises immediately. Please approve any extra visitors with us prior to bringing them onto the property even stopping by for a few minutes as we have County Code Enforcement rules to adhere by in regards to guest count.
-Guests must list first and last names of all guests and visitors on the reservation, as well as, ages of all guests
-No bookings under the age of 25. Anyone under the age of 25 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 25 at all times while staying on the property.
-Pet friendly with a $75 pet fee for 1 dog. $100 for 2. Non-swimming dogs only. No dogs allowed to swim in the pond. If you bring an unapproved pet/animal, we will charge a $100 fee for additional cleaning, and will require your pet/animal to be removed immediately. Pet fee goes towards extra deep cleaning required to free the home of any allergens for other guests.
- Unless otherwise agreed upon, you cannot check-in earlier than the noted check-in time and day, or check-out later than the noted check-out time and day. If you attempt to check-in earlier or stay past your check-out time without our permission, there will be an additional fee of $50/hr to pay our cleaners as they are prompt and need to be paid for their waiting time. We may also call the police for trespassing should you overstay your welcome.
- If you break/damage something, or discover something broken/damaged, please let us know.
- Do not move furniture / appliances / etc.
- Do not unplug important electronics (i.e. appliances, internet, etc)
- Do not unplug, block, or tamper with exterior surveillance cameras
- Nothing but toilet paper in the toilets. There is a septic system and it is sensitive to certain types of toilet paper. Please make sure anything you bring is septic safe.
-Catch & Release fishing allowed only. Do not clean fish on the property.
-Guest will not hold owner, property manager or the Traylor Team, LLC responsible for accident, injury, or death. All bookings understand that by booking and paying for their stay, they accept these terms at the time of booking for the duration and thereafter of their stay.
-Guests must abide and use proper water safety around pond while enjoying views or fishing. No swimming allowed.
-Do not leave children unattended at any time while on the property. There is no lifeguard on duty. Please ensure all children are supervised at all times, especially around the pond areas of the property.
-Please do not leave the immediate vicinity of the farmhouse to explore. Please do not go in sheds or barns or explore the grounds. We do not want anyone getting hurt.
-Guests must have approval for any kind of special events or large gatherings.

To be mindful of during stay: Please help us save our quilts/duvets by sleeping inside the sheets not on top due to body oils/lotions/sunscreens leaving stains on our nicer duvets which are more expensive to replace.

If you break any of these rules we may charge additional fees and we reserve the right to terminate your stay without any refunds.
