Hilliard is a lovely town and this hotel was as good as other Avid locations I have used, however the area has a lot of road noise so expect to hear this within your hotel room.

Fantastic stay!

The hotel was wonderful. It was clean, modern, and the breakfast was wonderful. It's close to the Columbus Zoo, so if you're going there, that's a plus. The folks at the front desk were very helpful and wonderful at their jobs.

I have stayed in this hotel in the past without incident, but my stay last month was truly awful. I was woken up around 12:30 a.m. with the people in the room next to me talking EXTREMELY loud and banging around. It was concerning, and after about a half hour I called the front desk to ask what could be done, or if I could switch rooms (not that I wanted to at 1 a.m.!). The clerk told me the hotel was full so I couldn't be moved, but he said he would talk to them to get them to quiet down. No one every came up stairs, and they continued talking LOUDLY and banging around chairs or something until 5 a.m. I wasn't able to go to sleep until after 5 a.m.. Obviously this was an awful stay. I messaged the hotel to see what could be done about it, but I have had no response. I would avoid staying here because of the possibility of serious sound issues, and the property’s lack of responsiveness to the issue.
