Very disappointed in the cleanliness of the carpet, blinds, and some cabinet areas.

I wouldn't have booked this property due to it's original cleanliness. The location was ok. The off street parking went well. The host was nice. Someone has to ensure the property is properly cleaned prior to guests arrival. (This is unacceptable)

Affordable and Convenient

My gisband and I were in town to meet our friends and attend the Columbus v Red Wings game at OSU. This rental was within 15 mins to many bars and restaurants and OSU. It was perfet size for 6 ppl and we had pleanty of room to play cards and have drinks when we arrived back at the rental for the night. The host was very easy to talk too and was fast at communicating, when I had a question. The kitchen, bedrooms and bathroom had all the essentials needed to make this a great stay. I would definitely use this host again when we are in town.

Perfect for our stay

House was as described. Perfect for our stay, as we just were in town for galaxycon. One guest did say the towels in her bedroom were damp and a little musty, and the detail cleaning wasnt there but my houses details are super clean either so it didnt bother us none.

Needs a deep cleaning!

This property needs a deep cleaning! The floors were so dirty that my socks were black. The white shades were gray. No one ran the dishwasher from the previous guests and there wasn’t any dishwasher detergent to use. There are no paper products in the house, paper towels, napkins etc and no dish towels and one garbage bag. We were told there were linens for the air mattress but we found none. When I did reach out to the owner she did respond quickly and had some one come find linens but only a blanket and a fitted sheets.

Columbus vist

The house overall was perfect for my family as far as space and sleeping options. However, the tv was lacking in options for channels and was not easy to use. We had to reset the tv and log into a Google account w/ very limited sports channels available. The location is less than desirable over all. We were going to the OSU game and were only 2.7 miles from campus, which was much further than we planned. We tried to get pizza delivered, which no one would deliver to the area, including Dominos. I reached out to the host regarding the tv and in search of delivery options w/ no response. We ended up leaving early and reached out regarding this, w/ no response from the host. This was our first poor experience w/ VRBO listing.

Great place to stay

My family and I came in for a weekend and enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood is older and rests in a more industrial area but it’s close to downtown and easy to Uber to lots of places including the Ohio State University campus, downtown and the airport. The neighbors were friendly and parking on the street wasn’t a problem. Best of all the host was very communicative and helpful. We’d definitely stay again!

Family reunion

The house is extremely nice on the inside, the neighborhood at a glance made us skeptical but there's familys on the block and it has a community feel. We made great memories here and felt comfortable and safe the entire time. We'll definitely use again for our next trip to this area.

Family wedding

We were in town for daughters wedding. Traveling with grandparents and my sister in law. The house was adorable. Everything was perfect. Even met some of the neighbors. All very nice to us. Would stay here again next time we visit our daughter

This property just left us feeling regretful of spending far too much for a property that needed a good cleaning and offered almost no amenities. At First glance the living room and mainfloor bathroom and kitchen looked good. Looking further showed the upper floor carpeting was heavily stained, the upper bedroom headboards were dusty and dirty. Walls upstairs were scuffed and dirty. After seeing the upstairs bedrooms, we felt very unsure of whether or not the bed linens and such were actually clean....and we didn't even heat our microwave breakfasts because the microwave was disgusting inside. Beds had only a fitted sheet,no top sheet and very light 'comfortors' and flat, older pillows.I'm hoping they wash that top comfortor! It will be awhile, if ever before we try VRBO again. I think maybe for a young group of people visiting Ohio State who may be able to overlook the cleanliness issues, its a decent college rental with very limited parking on the street.

Decent house, wasn't all that clean dust on the fans the toilet seat was dirty. The ad stated it could have 8 people but reality there wasn't even enough plates for 5 people. There was only 3 bowls as well. There was no sheets on the bed it was just a comforter. The house is located in a run down area. Lots of people shouting from near by houses. The parking isn't the easiest. Other people who live there aren't happy when you park in front of their house but it's the only place to park. I don't recommend walking in this location at night or having kids with you.

In town to attend event and the home was in great distance from the venue. Check in was super easy, however if you don’t make it before dark, then finding a parking spot in front of the residence is a nightmare. Otherwise, my family and myself had a great stay. Not too bad

The house was nice and it was nicely decorated. The only issue was the neighborhood and the lack of toiletries and different lighting (no lamps). I wouldn’t recommend bringing your family with kids to the neighborhood. Probably wouldn’t be the best place. Would recommend for adults who could handle it. If you’re bougie don’t stay here lol. It is convieniently located from downtown (7-8 mins) so that was really great! Overall, it was fine!
