The Space:
This thoughtfully designed 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhouse is perfect for families, groups, or traveling professionals. All three bedrooms are located upstairs: one features a king bed, another has a queen bed, and the third is set up with two sets of bunk beds—great for kids or larger groups needing flexible sleeping arrangements.

There are 2.5 bathrooms in total, including a convenient half bath on the main level and two full bathrooms upstairs, one with a tub and one attached to a bedroom.

The main living area offers two cozy chairs and a queen-size sleeper sofa, making it easy to relax or accommodate additional guests. The full kitchen is stocked with everything you need, including a dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, and cookware. A washer and dryer are also included in the home for your convenience.

Outside, enjoy a partially fenced backyard with a small patio, outdoor seating, and a grill—perfect for relaxing evenings or weekend cookouts. You’ll also find thoughtful local touches throughout the home, like a curated bookshelf featuring favorite Columbus authors and food-themed art to help you discover the best local restaurants. Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home

Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!

Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a NOT a pet friendly home.

Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check in via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
