It's ok for a night

It is an ok stay for a night. Our flight was arriving very late, so we chose this hotel for a night. The location was very close to the airport, which is a plus. The room was clean overall. My main complaint, however, is how thin the walls/ceilings were resulting in a terrible noise - we could hear everything in the rooms above us or next to us.

My trip actually happened on June 14, through June 18th. I was greeted and was able to check in early. The staff had just come out of the room and I was able to go right in. I had a question about the attached room. I did check over the room and it seemed to be OKAY. The couch did have some white spots which didn't seem to clean. The bathroom was okay except the wall mirror was not clean. The bed looked clean, but as it turned out after the 2nd night I began to get bitten by bugs that I found crawling in my bed and on the pillowcase. I went down to the front desk to let the manager know what had been found. I showed him all of the bit marks that were all over my arm. He apologized and asked if I wanted to change rooms. I was afraid that another room would be worse, so he offered that the staff would come up and change the linen. She came in to change the linen but with much attitude. She then threw the linen over my open suitcase of which I asked her why she did that. She began to move the covers to the other side still on my luggage. She continued to change the bed and she started to place the pillows back on the bed without changing them. I asked if she had new pillowcases. She left out of the room to retrieve them. She put the same top covers on the bed as before and finished by patting the bed down before leaving to the room. This did not correct the problem. I have sent a request asking for my full refund and not heard anything yet.

The room we had initially was small and didn’t seem to be cleaned properly. When asked they did send someone to clean, but we then found a roach in the room. The staff was very accommodating and moved us to a new room, but it made us uncomfortable the remainder of our stay!

This hotel did the job for what we needed, which was a place to sleep after a concert. It's located in a good area, but the parking lot is a bit small when the hotel is full. The room had quite a few stains on the walls, couch, and carpet. But at the end of the day, the bed is comfortable, the comforter is thick, and the AC worked so we were content.

Looked cleaned and quiet enough. The ONLY thing I did not like was the shower. It only had. 3/4 of a glass door and it was stationary. I did take a quick shower and cleaned the water out of the floor. Did not wash my hair due to this door and water going in the floor. We were in 424.

The check in experience was horrible the concierge was no help and rude. The room wasnt clean so they had to switch our room. They customer service was horrible they dont leave ectra tissue in the rooms. I would not recommend anyone stay here.

Unsafe area, scary people, pot smoke

When I approached the hotel, I was met by guests smoking pot at the glass door entrance. The whole front room smelt of pot and smoke. For a hotel that prides itself on a smoke free environment it’s comical the employees didn’t put a stop to it.
