MUST STAY IN COLUMBUS

This was by far one of the best hotel experiences I've had in a long time. The atmosphere and energy was top tier. Cookies and Stouts from 7p-9p was an amazing touch.

Great place especially for cost. Dog friendly, great beer! Room was great—only upgrade or request would be softer or smaller pillows. Love the guitar and beer in room!

This is a very unique place. They cater to people with dogs and are obsessed with beer which is understandable since they are a brewery. The rooms are very utilitarian with bare concrete floors, a sliding bathroom door, fully stocked beer coolers in both the bedroom and bathroom. Beer holders in the shower and on the bathroom mirror. The shower had a very slippery floor and no grab bars. Beer cooler in bedroom had LED temp readout that was blindingly bright at night. Breakfast was fantastic! Egg casserole, eggy, bacon, various pastries, coffee, tea, milk, cereal

The bed was not very comfortable and the pillows were awful. The hand soap dispenser in the bathroom did not work. But we usually bring a small bar soap with us because my husband doesn’t like liquid hand soap. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The candy jars near the elevator didn’t have any candy in them except for a few hard caramels. I would rate it overall a B.

Brewdog is an amazing concept with a beautiful facility. But there is a staffing issue that keeps people away and us from returning. I don't have enough words available to describe in detail. My wife and I flew across the country to meet some friends from Florida as a destination meet up. We do this annually. We made the best out of our stay, but it was brutal. Confusion, mis-communication and overall, we were not impressed. We were even told we could not have any additional coffee pods fort the Kurig coffee maker in our room. We needed to go downstairs for coffee. However the day before, the coffee wasn't available until after 8:00am. The hotel isn't in sync with the brewery. The wait staff and the bar staff do not work together. I have to think it is a tipping issue. I made several orders with a waiter while on the patio and they never delivered them. I think it was because we had an open tab with the bar. I saw a couple checking out a day early asking for a full refund. And several bar customers very upset over the lack of service, complaining and visually upset. So unfortunate. I suppose there is a solid enough population base to keep it afloat for some time, because I can't imagine repeat customers. Worst customer service we have had in a very long time. The stay was not cheap, coming in at just under $1k for a two night stay. Better off to stay off site and visit for a short evening.

This was our fourth weekend at the Doghouse over the last 5 years our first two weekends were amazing staff and facility top notch the third we had lackluster service by the hotel and bar restaurant staff this fourth and last visit we seemed like a flat out inconvenience to them.. additionally the facility is showing some wear and disrepair.. we will not be returning sadly….

Rooms were stocked with their breweries beer and had fun amenities like a record player. Very clean. Staff was super nice and the buffet breakfast was good. Brewery food was ok (the Louisiana fries were yummy) but atmosphere was awesome and beers were really good!

Unique one of a kind stay! Trails next to property and a (somewhat stinky) pond. Staff are excellent! Love the beer at check in and cookie/stout hour. Room is also unique with record players and guitar.
