Location could honestly not be more perfect!! There are so many great restaurants and bars right on North High Street to check out with their own unique character & AMAZING food! Bakersfield is a personal favorite of ours for their delicious margaritas and the tacos are to die for.. and right down the block! Also must try Jeni's Ice Cream down the block as well, you will not be disappointed!!

✍🏻 A $600 security deposit hold is placed 1–2 days before arrival (not an actual charge) and is automatically released 3 days after checkout if there’s no damage or rule violation

This listing includes two private upper-floor units in our charming quadplex home—ideal for large families or groups seeking extra space and privacy! Each unit has its own separate entrance, giving your group the convenience of spreading out while still staying close.

Both units are located entirely on the second floor, with a flight of stairs leading to the private entrances at the back of the home. While the units are separate inside, they share a common wall with the downstairs neighbors—it’s a "one-up, one-down" duplex design.

Please take note that the original hardwood floors and staircases may not be suitable for children as it is not child-friendly!

Clawfoot bathtub in the bathroom may not be suitable for elderly

Prime location near the highway and near the famous Scioto Audubon Metro Park, The Book Loft of German Village and 1.5 miles near the Columbus Convention Center
