Best soccer tournament stay

Had problems with the hot water and was asked by security if we were guest as we walked outside. Not a very comfortable or welcoming visit this time.

They put my two booked rooms on separate floors. The front desk person was not helpful but the manager worked us onto the same floor but at separate ends! I had to keep saying that it is weird that when booking two rooms at the same time you would need to tell the hotel to put them together?
