​I'm writing to provide feedback on my recent stay at your hotel. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience. ​The property was nice, clean, and felt well-maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and I really appreciate their excellent service. ​My only concern was the carpet in my room. It appeared to be quite old and had some noticeable stains, which detracted a bit from an otherwise excellent stay. ​Thank you for your attention to this matter.

It was adequate. I couldn't get a receipt, because the staff didn't give me one. I was told that Expedia would give me a receipt. It should not be hard to get a receipt (folio), as soon as you check out of a hotel. That is your record that you actually left everything intact and on time. I still need my receipt.
