A large family propped the emergency door to the pool open and smiked week for 45 minutes - it was 10 defrees out. The emergency door didnt work, they didn't watch their kids and it got horribly cold and smelly in the pool area. The frint desk was notified by several families. The website said the pool had rulea that were strictly enforced but they were not.

The room was very clean The bad thing was the pool was closed because a kid threw up in it. They said they can’t open it because they didn’t have a maintenance man on duty to sanitizer to go swimming. I rented the room for my daughter and her family, especially because it had an indoor pool. They should’ve taken one night off the bill because of that, but they did. My brother also reserved a room for his family. We did it because we never get to see each other very often and it would be fun spending time swimming in the winter. They didn’t offer any comp time or anything. Bad thing about it my daughter came back two hours later to get something and there were people swimming in the pool. They didn’t even contact them to tell them the pool was open.

Absolutely great staff. Super friendly and helpful and they were on top of everything. Nice size pool & hot tub. The whole family really enjoyed it. Also love the check out not until 12pm. That was very nice. Room was very clean and nice. We loved our stay here, highly recommend.

Staff at breakfast was great. Best pancakes I've had at a hotel in forever. If I had any complaints, the parking lot lights would give a seizure if I was epileptic, elevator smelled like cheese, room thermostat would turn on "fan". I sleep better with the white noise of a fan so this was not helpful

Room was clean and I had to laugh about the front room Clerk. Had a conversation with her about snacks versus water and that I really like their Lorna Doone shortbread cookies. A minute later my registration is finished and she hands me a bottle of water! I suspect somebody wasn't listening.

The hot tub and pool are not as pictured but they are nice. A little drab, but the room was wonderful. Check out time was 12pm and I didn’t feel rushed! It was great!

The room was clean and comfy. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, but the dining room and lobby were crammed with people eating, so we had to take our food back to the room, but that’s not really the hotels fault. However, when we went to the pool, we left fairly quickly. Too many chemicals had been used in the pool and it looked foggy. Got in and couldn’t see me feet at the bottom of the pool. There were also a lot of chemicals in the hot tub and a foam on top of it, not just from the jets. There was also a band-aid on the edge of the hot tub. The pool is the only reason my stay isn’t 5 stars.

I booked this hotel expecting a quiet, relaxing stay for myself after my daughters couldn’t make it. Unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. When I arrived, there was a couple arguing loudly with the front desk, which set an uncomfortable tone. I was assigned Room 137 — directly beside the pool — even after mentioning that I wanted a quiet room. The area was noisy with kids yelling, splashing, and throwing footballs over people’s heads, so it was impossible to relax, even in the hot tub. The remote control in my room didn’t work, and while the front desk clerk tried to help, she seemed uninterested and unprofessional. That night, I barely slept. My smartwatch showed only about three hours of light sleep, and I woke up itchy all over. The next day, I realized I had what appeared to be bed bug bites and later had to see a doctor for confirmation. To make things worse, a guest got burned during breakfast, and when I told the front desk, the clerk didn’t even check on the woman — she just pointed toward the kitchen staff. Then, even though checkout wasn’t until noon and I had a “Do Not Disturb” sign up, housekeeping knocked on my door before 12:00 p.m. Overall, this stay was stressful and unsanitary. I reached out to management with photos and a doctor’s note, but still haven’t heard back. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone until they address these serious cleanliness and customer service issues.
