This listing includes both sides of our beautifully updated duplex, perfect for large groups exploring Columbus. The house features:

*2 Fully-Stocked Kitchens: Enjoy complimentary snacks, premium coffee, and tea. Each kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, toaster, Keurig K-Cup coffee machine, and all necessary pots, pans, utensils, and paper towels.

*2 Living Rooms: Relax on large, comfortable couches and enjoy a 50” TV. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of sightseeing or spending time with friends, these spaces are designed for comfort and conversation.

*2 Dining areas: Each side features a beautifully designed dining table, ideal for meals and gatherings, with additional seating to accommodate guests comfortably.

*10 Bedrooms: Each side of the duplex offers 5 bedrooms, with a total of 10 beds accommodating up to 20 guests. Each bedroom features unique furniture, premium mattresses, and luxurious bedding. The layout is consistent on both sides.

*Larger Space: The first three bedrooms on the 2nd floor of each side offer spacious accommodations, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration.

*Cozy Retreats: The two bedrooms on the 3rd floor of each side, while slightly smaller, provide a cozy and inviting atmosphere for a peaceful night's sleep.

*Workspace: Four out of the five rooms on each side are equipped with a convenient desk, ideal for remote workers or guests needing a quiet space to study.

*Storage Solutions: Most rooms feature ample closet space, offering convenient storage for your clothing and luggage.

*4 Bathrooms*: Two bathrooms on each side—one on the second floor and one on the third. We provide towels, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner.

Bathroom 1 (Second Floor): A full bathroom with a bathtub.
Bathroom 2 (Third Floor): A full bathroom with a shower.

*WiFi: Enjoy reliable internet access throughout the house.

*Thermostat: Central heating and cooling with a Smart Thermostat. The third-floor bedrooms have their own mini-split system for additional comfort.

*Parking: Free, unlimited street parking is available, along with 2 off-street parking spots at the back of the house.

1. What Linens are included? – We provide all linens for beds, as well as 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels per bed.

2. What household supplies are provided? – We provide shampoo, conditioner, shower gel. Toilet paper and hand soap are also provided. Additionally, you can also find paper towels in the kitchen, dishwasher detergent, and dish soap.

3. What does the kitchen include? –The kitchen is stocked with the following: toaster, fridge, oven, stove, dishwasher, various size pots & pans, utensils to cook, dinnerware set, cutlery, kettle and coffee maker.

4. Do you allow pets? – Yes, we do have a pet fee of $100 per stay. We allow up to 2 pets per reservation but the second pet has an extra fee of $50 (In total $150 in case you bring 2 pets) . Please send us a message right before or right after you book, so we can coordinate it.

5. What time is check-in and check-out? – You may check in any time after 4:00 PM and you must check-out no later than 11:00 AM. If you need to check-in super late that is not a problem, just follow the self-check-in instructions.

6. Is an early check-in possible? You can check with us. If we have the day before available, we can block it for you and offer early check in for 50% of the daily rate.

7. How many bathrooms are in the house? 4 bathrooms.

8.What type of unit is this one? You are renting both sides of a duplex. You have access to all of the rooms and common areas on each side. Please note that the basement is only used for housekeeping use only.

9. How fast is the internet? Our download speed is as fast as 175Mbps. The service is very reliable and the wifi reaches all areas of the house including all bedrooms. We have had a lot of guests that are traveling for work and they do their work from home with no issues.

10. Do you offer laundry? We have a laundry room available for guests upon request.

11. How does the parking work? There is free off-street parking available behind the house for up to 2 vehicles. Additional unlimited free street parking can be found in front of the house.

12. Do you allow parties? We do not allow parties under any circumstances. If there is a party or any unauthorized guests that are not on the original reservation, there will be a fine and your reservation will be canceled without a refund. Please respect this rule and our neighbors.

You are renting the both sides of a duplex. You have access to all of the rooms and common areas. Please note that the basement is used for housekeeping use only.

If you are driving in, there is free street unlimited time parking available in the area + off street parking behind the house.

Since this is a full house rental, we're not on premises. However, we're always just a quick message away, so feel free to reach out to us via Airbnb app or website at any time. We usually reply messages right away from 9am to 9pm.

We know that a clean and sanitary environment is the top concern for guests. As such, our professional housekeeper cleans and sanitizes the house on a regular basis and before every guest's check-in. Rest assured that we take all possible precautions to ensure you have a comfortable and safe stay at our house.

Guests must check-out by 11am on the departure day established in their reservation.

There is free street parking in front of the house and neighboring streets + two off street parking spots behind the house.
