For a $83/night I had very low expectations for high quality. To start with this hotel is not in the best of areas, and it is right next to a gentleman’s club. The unit was not vacuumed very well, and the bathroom had urine on base of the toilet and on the floor by it, the bed sheets had cigarette holes burned in them, and the carpet was worn with holes through the room especially from the door rubbing through. Finally, there was a hit and run of another guest car in the parking lot and the front desk did not seem to care when I reported it and provided pics of the license plate of the car that took off. I normally try to be thrifty when I just need a place to stay, but after this stay I will spend $30 more.

My room was clean and comfortable, and I found the staff very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was simple but pleasant, and the breakfast space and lobby were clean and welcoming. I did notice, though, that some features of my room could do with an update: the carpet was old and stained, the sink was cracked, and the ironing board was stained, for example. On the other hand, the bed was clean and comfortable, the bathroom clean, and the shower relatively new with a nice shower head. Lastly, the area around the hotel was a bit rundown/seemed like it had seen better days. The street in front of the hotel had a lot of potholes, for instance. All in all, though, I was happy with my stay.

The property that was pictured on the website was not what we expected. The room was extremely messy and dusty. The bathroom door did not close and the floor was nasty. The staff was really nice tho.
