We’ve stayed @ this hotel twice & I like it very much BUT my husband, Jeff is on the Ohio State University Ross Heart Hospital Heart Transplant List !! There were 2 men at the hotel desk when we checked in on Tuesday 4/22/25 & I specifically ask for a Wake Up Call around 5AM bec we needed to be @ OSU Ross Heart Hospital for my husband’s surgery ! We did NOT get a Wake Up Call & that’s not good when you have surgery scheduled for 6AM !!! The hotel is very nice, I like it bec it’s very close to the Heart Hospital !

Great place to stay near James Cancer Hospital

Comfortable stay and friendly staff. We only stayed one night and we were there just for a stay before an appointment in the morning, but everything was smooth and easy. Breakfast was good, and everything was available even when we got there close to the end.

A little noisy..

It was sort of noisy. The doors slam shut & I was startled awake a few times. The door also would make clicking noises, so I got up a couple times to make sure nobody was trying to get into my room (nobody was lol)

A number of things.. pool was closed even though the website said it would be open. Had a 3min drive to the sister location to go swimming, huge inconvenience for us! Locked out of my room 2 nights in a row even though my key worked to unlocked the outside sliding door to get into the hotel! The front desk lady even came with her machine for the doors and still couldn’t get in. Had to bang for 30min to wake my son up to let me in the room! A/c did not work to full potential! Wet pillow cover hanging on the shower when we first arrived! I will never book again! Staff was super nice!

I have stayed at this Hotel Many Times. There are 3 things that need addressed. (1) The deadbolt and lock on the door in my opinion would not stop a person trying to get in the room. (2) There is.A Very Noisy Train nearby that passes by at night and throughout the day. (3) The hotel charges you for parking. They have a parking lot, not a parking garage. This was not disclosed when I checked in. When i called and demanded that the charges be removed. They so far would not ! I wont be staying here again !

Check in was a breeze but I was very disappointed to find out the pool was closed due to renovations and this was the main feature to my search. We had to go outside and drive to the other hotel. The room was really clean. There were spots on the walls and bathroom door. Bed as soft but skeptical if it was really clean

The front desk staff was very helpful. Overall, the hotel is very nice and centrally located to a lot of dining and shopping options. It is also an easy drive to OSU. The room could have been a bit cleaner and we stepped on, what appeared to be, some dried up/old food on the carpet.
