This newly-renovated historic home, just one block from Broadway, is perfect for families or friends. Walk to restaurants, the Riverwalk, and reach Fort Moore in 15 minutes. With open-concept living, space for 10 guests, and a large outdoor area, it’s ideal for gatherings. Lofted ceilings add brightness and space. Enjoy a full kitchen, large beds, quality linens, and towels. We've included both professional photos and real-time images from our cleaning team, so you know what to expect.



The Space:

Come and enjoy!

As you enter our home, you will be greeted by a cozy living room complete with a large flat screen Roku TV. Our fully stocked kitchen will provide you with everything you need, helping you feel at home! The eat-in kitchen also provides plenty of space for family and friends to gather. Choose between two bedrooms located on the lower floor. One room has one queen bed, while the other has two queen beds. In the living room, you will find a sleeper sofa that can be used for additional sleeping arrangements if needed. The full bed is up the spiral staircase - perfect for kids and friends, but please note that some might find the stairs challenging. We look forward to hosting you in our home!

Guest Access:

The house has a digital combo lock pad. We will provide you with the code upon check-in. You will have access to the full house, and back yard. There are no other tenants or guests on the property.



The Neighborhood:

We LOVE the historic district - enjoy walking to coffee at Old Iron Bank, shows at the Springer or the Theater, and more good restaurants and bars than we can fit here.



Getting Around:

1 block from Broadway, 2 blocks from the Riverwalk - perfect for walking and biking around Columbus.

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.

If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.

We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.



Interaction with Guests:

We want to provide our guests with maximum privacy and flexibility, so we have check-in and check-out automated. We will call and touch base on the phone, and we can always have someone come and help if you need it, but otherwise, we will leave you and your friends and family to spend time together.
