We kindly ask guests to complete a few simple steps before leaving:
Please load and run the dishwasher if there are dirty dishes.
All trash and recycling to outdoor bins.

Return any moved furniture or items to their original locations.
Take all personal belongings, including chargers, clothing, and any food from the fridge.
Our cleaner can store forgotten items at their warehouse for pickup, but they cannot ship items.

🚽 Plumbing Guidelines
To avoid plumbing issues and costly repairs, please:
Flush toilet paper only.
Do not flush wipes (even “flushable” ones), feminine products, paper towels, or excess tissue.
Avoid pouring grease, food, or foreign objects down sinks or drains.
If misuse results in a clog, guests may be responsible for professional repair costs ($150–$300, with receipt provided).

Between cleanings, please feel free to use the provided pool net to remove leaves or debris — it helps keep the pool sparkling for everyone.

Trash Pickup: Monday and Thursday mornings
Recycling: Monday mornings (plastic, glass, paper)
Please place bins curbside the night before pickup (Sunday & Wednesday evenings) and return them to the side of the house afterward.
Overflowing or unremoved trash may result in additional cleaning fees.

🔥 Dryer Use Policy
To keep the dryer running safely and efficiently:
Empty the lint trap after every load.
A full lint trap can cause overheating or fire hazards.
If the dryer becomes damaged or clogged due to misuse, guests may be responsible for repair costs.
🛏️ Bunk Bed Safety

Guests acknowledge that the use of bunk beds is at their own risk.
The host and property owner are not liable for injuries, falls, or accidents involving bunks, ladders, or nearby furniture.
Adult supervision is strongly recommended for children using upper bunks.

Our home is professionally maintained, and we work with trusted local vendors to ensure the best experience possible.
However, as with any home, minor imperfections may occur (for example, light wear, appliance noise, or variations in pool and landscaping conditions).
Please note:
Minor maintenance issues do not qualify for refunds.
Refunds or compensation will only be considered if the property becomes uninhabitable (e.g., loss of essential utilities or safety concerns).
