So thankful.

The room is incredibly clean, the staff offers to clean as often as you’d like. They bend over backwards to accommodate you I’m in town because I have a sick grandson in the hospital here and the prices and cleanliness of this hotel made it an easy choice.

Columbus visit

I really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room and surroundings were very nice. The only thing that I saw in the room was there was some leftover food in the fridge, but everything else was in great condition

The suite said it could sleep 3. The third bed was just a super hard reclining chair. Had no rollaways. It was so uncomfortable I ended up sleeping on the floor. Strange that the suite didn't have a couch.
The water wouldn't drain out of the tub from taking a shower. Also hikes in tiles.
They had recently refurbished the place but their contractors obviously didn't care about details.

Staff was very kind & welcoming. Suite was large, nice kitchenette with fridge and necessary dishes etc. so nice when staying more than a few days to have those amenities. Excellent price for everything provided.

They never let me in. They said if you didn’t check in before 3 PM dinner is nothing they can do they had a gate down over the front desk hotels.com. She let people know about this place and take it off of their website. I’ve booked my room at 9 PM. I went to go check in at 11 PM And never checked in. Still trying to get my money back.

The staff was great! I stayed for 8 days and specifically booked this hotel for the kitchen. I had no issues at all while I stayed. The staff was awesome every time I interacted with them and even other guests were pleasant. Loved having the mini kitchen so I didn’t have to eat out all week. And free laundry is a great perk! Just remember to bring some detergent pods or something.
