House with garden in Lunigiana

Located in the middle of Lunigiana, a green and cool area in the far north of Tuscany, is Castel di Gufi - a holiday home for those who love tranquillity and nature.
It is located exactly in Prota, a hamlet in the municipality of Comano, about 15 km from Aulla. Here you are surrounded by greenery and to shop you have to use your car and drive to the supermarkets in Aulla. There are a few small bars, restaurants and grocery stores along the road to Comano or Licciana Nardi (10km). To reach the village of Prota, drive along a winding mountain road for about 5 minutes.
Once you arrive at the Prota church car park, you have to walk a few minutes to reach the holiday home.
It is the last one in the village and immediately presents, externally, a large terrace overlooking the mountains, followed by a private garden.

The outdoor spaces are equipped with sun loungers, a dining table and a barbecue.

Internally, it is divided into two floors:

Ground Floor:
- Kitchen/Dining Area with sofa, dining table, TV, 4 cooking fires, toaster and microwave in addition to traditional oven.
- Double bedroom with private WC.
- WC.

First Floor:
- Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (bath).
- Single bedroom.
- Room equipped as double bedroom (originally a kitchen).
- Bathroom with bath/shower.

Pets are allowed.
Wifi internet available.

Simple, but functional furnishings and accessories.
