Apartment "Il Soppalco" with Mountain View, Wi-Fi & A/C

In a quiet but central location in the northern Italian town of Como, the comfortable apartment "Il Soppalco" welcomes you in a small historic building. The large loft-like apartment consists of a living room with sofa bed, a very well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, an open bedroom as well as a bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a washing machine, and a high chair.

The area is ideal for hiking, cycling and fishing, for example around Lake Como, which is only 1.5 km away. Thanks to the apartment's central location, restaurants, cafes and stores, as well as the historic city center, can also be reached in less than 15 minutes on foot. The nearest supermarket is 300m from the accommodation. The cable car station, which takes you to Brunate in 7 minutes, is about a 5-minute walk (300m) from the accommodation. Milan Linate Airport is 41km from the apartment.

Parking is available on the property. Please park the car as far as possible along the green strip. Pets are not allowed. Tourist tax is €2 per person/night (for adults over 15 years) for the first 4 nights. Parties are not allowed. Please avoid noise from 10pm-8am and keep the front gate closed. Upon arrival, an identification document will be requested from each guest to comply with the Italian Public Security Law. A baby crib is available for €15 per stay. Between October and May, the heating is to be paid for in person, 10 euros per day.
