The living room is furnished with a sofa and a 43" Smart TV. The apartment includes a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower, also equipped with a washer-dryer. The apartment is equipped with a remotely controlled air conditioning system that automatically adjusts the temperature to ensure comfort and energy efficiency. There is also a mechanical ventilation system that maintains optimal indoor air quality by regulating humidity. For the system to work properly, it is recommended to keep the windows closed.
