Great location but …

Great location but missing opportunities for a great review. Breakfast was very disappointing with little variety and awful coffee. Given we are in Italy this should have been better. Hotel rooms a bit dated but location great.

A perfect location

A hotel with a perfect home base for our time in the Lake Como region while visiting family and relatives. Accommodations are great and comfortable; especially with an abundant breakfast to start the day ! A presto !

The hotel is in a fantastic spot — right on the lake and just steps from Como’s Cathedral and historic center. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We had a room with a beautiful lake view, which made the experience even more special. Parking is off-site at a nearby sister hotel, just a short walk away. It’s a bit inconvenient but manageable. The room was clean and comfortable, though starting to feel a bit dated and could use some renovation. Breakfast was included and offered a nice variety — definitely a plus.

We were welcomed upon arrival and check in was easy. They also arranged our airport transportation. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The room was great and the a/c worked very well which was important to us.

This hotel was beautiful! It was in a great location and had an incredible view. Our original room was in a bit of a noisy location and we were happy with it - the hotel staff quickly assigned us a new room! They were SO quick about it. The hotel breakfast was amazing as well, a large selection of delicious food everyday! We will stay here again when we return to Lake Como.

Overall, a great hotel to stay at in Como. The location is perfect, right around wonderful restaurants to eat at, and of course by the harbor for easy access to boat travel. The room was nice and clean as well as a perfect balcony view over the harbor/lake Como itself. Breakfast was good and the staff were all very friendly including help with parking. Would definitely recommend if looking for an easy and comfortable hotel to stay at in Como. No complaints.
