On the ground floor, you will find a welcoming living and sleeping area featuring 1 double sofabed, a dining table, and direct access to the terrace. Adjacent to this space is a well-equipped kitchenette fitted with an oven, dishwasher, 2 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A shower and WC complete the ground floor facilities. On the upper floor, 1 room offers 3 beds, providing comfortable sleeping arrangements for additional guests, along with a second shower and WC. The property also benefits from a 15 m2 terrace, partly roofed and furnished for outdoor relaxation, offering a marvellous view of the bay.
