Rare 3 acre compound of 4 separate, but closely connected resort-style retreats designed to give guests the perfect balance of privacy and family togetherness with lots of outdoor fun. This very special property is rented to only one fortunate family & their friends.

Step under the white rock archway thorough ancient 350 year old Mexican wooden doors into paradise. Cool off in the crystal clear aquamarine deep water swimming pool, with stunning cascading waterfall adorned with bougainvillea trellising down the rock wall. Take a lazy swim under the waterfalls wide arch and at night enjoy the multi-colored underwater pool light.

Relax under the Cabana on the white Tahitian cotton rattan sofa or bask in the sun with plenty of zero gravity poolside lounge chairs. Enjoy the Frio River lifestyle with 40’ long white rock Cabana w/ bar, refrigerator, sink, smart tv & bluetooth sound system. Custom poolside wrought iron dining tables with white cushions & shade umbrellas. Lush tropical flowers and swaying palm trees offer a sublime poolside experience!

Agua Bonita captures the timeless allure of the Frio River, located just a 2 minute drive to the second crossing. Cows to the front and horses to the rear, enjoy watching tranquil sunsets and dark sky stargazing, yet so close to the Frio River and everything Concan has to offer.

The Compound
Agua Bonita is a gated family compound that sleeps 28, with 8 bedrooms, 6 full baths & outdoor shower. Four (4) stylish retreats located within steps of each other, are filled with original artwork and custom designed furnishings from Mexico and San Miguel de Allende.

Enjoy the lush tropical courtyard garden hidden behind high fencing that allows guests to experience a wonderful sense of place and the ultimate in indoor/outdoor relaxation. Agua Bonita offers large families to ability to gather together and enjoy an extraordinary Frio River experience.

Large laid back living rooms are filled with comfy leather sofas, chairs and cantera stone wood burning fireplace. Whiskey barrel & cedar tree posts provide fun indoor accents.

Chefs will love the easy flow kitchen(s) that are fully equipped and well stocked with everything you need to prepare large scale family sized meals. Separate utility room has extra refrigerator and commercial grade washer/dryer. There's a total of 4 refrigerators for serious vacation goers.

Each upscale bedroom is large, spacious and uniquely designed for privacy. Five (5) private bedrooms have King size beds, which is rare. Three (3) bedrooms opening directly onto the pool, while four (4) open onto the private garden courtyard. Every bedroom has exterior french doors leading to outdoor relaxation areas. High fenced for complete privacy this compound enjoys not being overlooked by any neighbors. Sublime!

A few steps to dive into the aquamarine swimming pool to cool off and then return to your private oasis. Each morning awaken to tropical flowers outside the french doors to your romantic retreat. Custom King size bed, armoire, chic accents and upscale bedding are all from Mexico. Ensuite bath has double sinks, large walk-in shower w/ 3 shower heads & bench seating. Midnight swim anyone?

Lay in bed listening to the waterfall, or enjoy a dip in the pool just a few steps away. Large private family size retreat w/ custom queen bed, (2) twin bunk beds, lounge chairs & views of the pool from the bed. Just 3 steps to dive into the cool, deep water pool.

Bunk room has vaulted ceiling, wood floors, 2 twins and 2 bunk beds w/ large, handsome ensuite bathroom that's white and light with spacious white tile shower w/ bench seat & wall niches. French doors lead outside to central garden courtyard.

Buck-a-Roo
Serenity meets stylish comfort, this laid back 3 bedroom bungalow blends cowboy chic with rustic western decor. Four (4) sets of French doors lead to two (2) covered porches with comfortable outdoor furniture.

Bedroom 6 - Courtyard View, sleeps 2.
Designed for those serious about escaping the world and reconnecting with their partner. This sultry private bedroom sizzles with king size bed draped in luxurious faux fur bedding. Dramatic mood lighting and upscale furnishings. Laid back lounge with leather sofa, smart tv and desk. Two (2) sets of French doors lead to a covered porch and courtyard.

Tucked behind a sliding barn door you'll find this hidden gem. Custom built-in bunk bed with upscale bedding tucked into a private niche alcove. French doors lead to a covered sitting porch and garden courtyard.

Bedroom 8 - Mountain View, sleeps 4.
Handsome King size four poster bed draped in luxurious faux fur bedding. This stylish open concept rustic retreat has vaulted ceiling w/ wooden beam and reclaimed saltillo tile flooring. Twin bunk bed with upscale bedding. Lounge area has comfy leather sofa and dining table with smart tv. French doors lead to covered sitting porch with upscale seating. Ensuite bath with hand painted Mexican sink, reclaimed saltillos tile floor and cream stone shower.

Here you'll find the second full size kitchen with everything needed to cook large family meals. Full size refrigerator, dishwasher and stove. Hand painted Mexican tile counters and wall mural. Reclaimed saltillo tile floors and kitchen island with custom wrought iron bar stools. Cooks will love the grande picture window overlooking mature trees and mountain top views.

Outside Fun
Volleyball, ping pong, horse shoes, cornhole, bocce, darts, pool toys, tetherball, dart board, bikes, tree swings, giant jenga & custom fire pit. Two (2) charcoal smokers sure to please any grill master. Fire pit with sturdy chairs. Wooden swings throughout the property. Outdoor shower. ATV's & golf carts are allowed.
