Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine and a television. Outside you will find a patio with a dining table and a barbecue to prepare fresh meals with your loved ones. A fenced pool in the garden also provides for refreshment on warm afternoons after you have tanned in the sun loungers. A few supermarkets and restaurants as well as a bus stop which can take you to the town centre, are about 1 km or a 10-minute walk away. With the car, you can reach Conil de la Frontera’s centre in about 8 minutes (or 6 km away). The golden, sandy beach Playa Fuente del Gallo, is also just 7.5 km or a 13-minute drive from the property.

Please note that the entrance to the plot of the land is shared with the homeowner (the gate is opened with a remote control), but that everything in the property is private, including the garden, the pool and the barbecue.
