Our stay was not good. Their were kid's running through the hallway all night banging on our door. The front desk staff is very unfriendly and the customer service is poor. The only kind person was Jay. He greeted me when I arrived and was very informative about our stay. I had mold on the ceiling in our room. We could not use our streaming service during none of our stay. Their was something brown on the wall behind thd toilet. The group that was there was cooking out on a fire grill right outside the hotel. I didn’t know that was allowed. I was going to stay for 30 days while we find our home. But it was too expensive for less than a quality stay. No compensation from the manager when I mentioned the issues. I couldn't understand it. The friendliness of this hotel staff is a 0 out of 10. People need jobs. Im sure someone would love to work in that environment that only requires good customer service skills. I wish I had a better review. I truly wanted to stay at Even Hotel.
