The staff is always amazing whenever we stay. The property can use some upgrades, especially the bathroom and the carpet. The 1st room we were sent to had a smell (like in moldy wet carpet) Immediately they got us taken care of and apologized.

The checkin was quick. Holes in room curtains. Water stains and mold in bedroom ceiling. Water stains and lots of mold in bathroom ceiling. Breakfast counter wasn't monitored, 30 minutes after breakfast opened eggs were all gone and I had to alert a person at the desk. We had to wait for the eggs to be made. This is not a $100 plus hotel.

Old hotel. Excellent breakfast.

Check in went well. Hotel was incredibly outdated. Wasn’t necessarily dirty, but everything was so old, it just seemed dirty. Needs renovations asap. Would not pay that price again for a hotel room in this condition. Breakfast was surprisingly great. Truly the best part of the stay. Honestly, breakfast was absolutely banging.

This hotel has a wonderful environment for families. The rooms are comfortable and spacious and there is a nice pool to relax in. The. Breakfast is delicious and filling and the staff are friendly.

The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. We had a hard time having enough towels each day for our room and there were never enough towels in the pool area. The indoor pool area was very hot. Wish they would open the windows for ventilation. The breakfast was pretty good.

There was no chair for the desk, no bench/seat to place suitcases. The carpet in the room was stained and the carpet in the hall was coming up.

It was in a great location but you can hear everything in that hotel. We were put right next to the elevator and you could hear that going up and down all night. There were what I’m assuming kids running up down the hall way all night. The hotel room seemed pretty dated and could use some sprucing up.
