A great vacation awaits you at this lovely Conway, NH cottage with 5 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and sleeping accommodations for up to 14 people without bunk beds! This home offers beautiful open beams in the living and dining area and large windows throughout the home that offer plenty of natural light. During the winter months there is a beautiful un-obscured view of the Moat Mountains which can be enjoyed from the master bedroom as well as the loft. The summer months are just as enjoyable as you are only a short distance from beautiful Pequwaket Beach.

As your vacation begins you step through the doors into a great mudroom where you can leave your skis in the winter or your water toys in the summer. The kitchen, dining and living area are all included in a beautiful open concept design on the main level. The fully equipped kitchen offers plenty of counter space as well as cupboards, a large sink, dishwasher and small breakfast bar. The living room is tastefully decorated and offers a warm gas fireplace and a large 60” flat screen TV, perfect for a great movie or the big game! Also on the main level you will find a full bath, bedroom with 3 twin size beds (sleeps 3) and a bedroom with queen bed (sleeps 2). On the second level of this home you will find an open family room with TV and futon (sleeps 2). Also on the second level is a bedroom with 2 twin beds (sleeps 2), master bath with standup shower and master bedroom (sleeps 2) with gas fireplace. The third level offers a loft-like sleeping space with double bed (sleeps 2), half bath and bedroom with double bed (sleeps 2). Located right above the third floor bedroom you will find the loft with queen bed (sleeps 2) surrounded by large windows offering a picturesque view of the Moat Mountains as well as Pequwaket Pond. Last but not least we head back down to the finished basement, where you will find the game room that features a great pool table that also has a foosball top and ping pong top, some bar stools and a TV. This is a great rental for any time of the year and has a convenient location to all the shops, restaurants and attractions that are here in the Mount Washington Valley!

Check-In: Will take place at the Select Real Estate office located at 445 White Mountain Highway, Conway, NH 03818. Check-in will take place any time after 4:00pm.

Great house with a really well-maintained beach.

This is a really great place for large groups, we had 12 people and could’ve accommodated more. it’s well equipped and maintained. It includes a beautiful, sandy beach, and a nice shady area for when you want to hide from the sun.

Overall enjoyed the stay

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We have a few minor suggestions for owners/FYI to future renters. The area is beautiful. We enjoyed the association beach almost daily. The house was plenty big enough for the three generations staying the week. The kids and adults loved the pool table and darts. A few minor suggestions would be some of the items need replacing like shower curtain in downstairs bathroom, mattress protector in at least one of the rooms was missing, only some of the pans were usable, etc. Nothing that would prevent us from staying again. The having to take all our trash and recycle up to the realty office and having to check in/out at the realty office were a minor inconvenience. We would have preferred a keycode to check in/out like other places and would have paid a small fee to be able to leave our trash in the barrels on property. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again.

Family vacation

Great place for family vacation enough room for our large family. The home is multi level first floor is great for family members with young children or older adults that have trouble with stairs. Full bath and two bedrooms on main floor. Second floor has additional common space two bedrooms and bathroom (awkward set up) but we made it work. Another bedroom on third floor and then loft great view. Basement had pool/ping pong table combo and area for darts. Back yard fire pit and lots of chairs. Beach a-little bit of a walk but you can also drive it is very nice and clean we brought our canoe and had no trouble getting around. We brought two dogs the road can be busy but we found a nice trail nearby to walk them . The house had plenty of fans which was great! We had a few warm nights.

Summer vacation 2022

We had a great time at the Giese property in Conway. The house was well-equipped, and was spacious enough for our group of twelve. Our only complaint was the driveway, it was very steep and a bit sandy. A wonderful time was had by all.

Leaf peeping in New Hampshire--terrific!

We recently stayed at the chalet in Conway. It was spacious, but also cozy. There were several comfortable spots to curl up for reading or napping. We four ladies each had our own sleeping area, but spent most evenings on the love seats in front of the fireplace. The whole place was very clean and inviting. We were told to bring our own sheets and towels, which isn’t unusual for us. What we did find surprising, however, was that other items were found lacking. The only toilet tissue was what was on the roll, and it was the same with paper towels. There was no soap for the dishwasher, and no dish towels. We especially missed any night lights for finding the way to the bathrooms in the middle of the night. Either the real estate people or the cleaning staff should check on that type of inventory before a new rental comes in. We’ve rented many different places around Cape Cod, and found them stocked much better with essentials. Perhaps New Hampshire doesn’t do that, but it would certainly be appreciated. Once we learned the area, the chalet’s location made it easy to get to restaurants, Walmart, and of course the viewing of the Pumpkin People. Even though the chalet was close to the road, the place was extremely quiet for sleeping. Having 6 heat zones allowed each of us to control our area to desired temperatures, so that was a real plus. We had an excellent time leaf peeping by day, and curling up with wine by the fireplace each night. Overall, we had a nice October vacation at the Chalet in Conway.

Perfect home-base for Storyland, shopping, relaxing by the lake, grilling & fire pits.

My husband and I rented this lovely home with two other couples...6 adults and 5 children under 7. It was perfect. It was a short drive to the Storyland, North Conway, and Conway center. We lucked out with a heat wave in June, and enjoyed the beautiful lake that was a short walk down the road. Both the lake's water and beach were clean and safe for our young children. The layout of the house was great and each family occupied their own floor. All of our children are old enough to manage stairs, but there are a lot of staircases in this home. We loved that there was also a partially finished basement where adults or children could play ping-pong or pool. We appreciated the ceiling fans in nearly every sleeping space and loved the large table where all three families enjoyed home cooked meals together. We will definitely be back for many years to come!

FANTASTIC PROPERTY!!!

stayed here with my sister and a gaggle of ladies for a bachelorette party - GREAT TIME! Great house! it just keeps going up and up! plenty of beds and bathrooms and we used the fire pit out back. - great location! -loved the view from the top bedroom! -the beach down the street was perfect!

Nice place to stay

We stayed at the Giese property for our vaca July 9 - 16, 2016. The property was clean with all the basics. It was a very hot week and we were very grateful for numerous ceiling fans on every level of the house. It was about 1/4 mile to Pequawket Pond, which was very quiet and clean. many people moored their canoes and kayaks to a tree and it was easy to launch them whenever desired. The dock was much enjoyed by our kids and grandchildren, although they have to be fairly decent swimmers to get to it. You need to bring your own portable seating down to the pond. The location was convenient for all errands as well as the outlets in North Conway, mini-golf, ice cream, etc. Courtney Goulart was our agent (Select Real Estate); she was very helpful in every aspect of the trip, and just talking with her brightens even the grayest day!
