A beautiful 2-bedroom apartment with new-yorker vibes made in an old warehouse that was converted in condos in 2020. There a good sized bathroom and an open floorplan with kitchen, dining area and living area. Access to the balcony from the living room - and from the second bedroom. Both bedrooms has a good size and has a 180 cm continental bed and storage. The property is gated and it lies secluded from the street to give you maximum privacy and comfort. And if your private balcony does not cut it, you will have access to a huge roof-top terrace. Fantastic apartment in a great property.
