Lovely 2 bedroom apartment on Chr. Harbor, on the 5th floor, overlooking Christiania and the city roofs, right next to the canal and walking distance to the opera, close to the kissing bridge and the paper island, walking distance to the city, which has a dishwasher and washing machine, as well as irons and hair dryers , a little gem in the center of Copenhagen with lots of nice cafes and restaurants, close to everything that can be rented bikes at Christiania.

TrÚs bon séjour

Si vous n'ĂȘtes pas sportif et que vous aimez les logements Ă©purĂ©s au design moderne, que vous ne tolĂ©rez aucun problĂšme technique, cet appartement n'est pas pour vous.Arriver chez Ulrik Christian se mĂ©rite (5 Ă©tages). Vous entrer dans lieu qui a une Ăąme et ou l'art est prĂ©sent dans tous les espaces.C'est ce charme que nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© ainsi que les nombreux consommables mis Ă  disposition et aussi la parfaite localisation pour rayonner dans Copenhague.Je recommande vivement ce logement pour ceux qui veuelent vivre une expĂ©rience unique dans l'esprit du proche Christiana.

A very nice place

We were delighted to spend our time in this apartment. The location is wonderful and the apartment very sunny. Great location since it's not far from the center of Copenhagen (around 15 min from Nihavn ) and the location is quiet. We loved our trip to Copenhagen also thanks to this apartment.

Notre rĂ©servation avait Ă©tĂ© reportĂ©e d'une annĂ©e Ă  cause des complications d'accĂšs au Danemark avec le COVID-19. Ulrik a acceptĂ© ce report. L'appartement est idĂ©alement situĂ© pour organiser ses visites. AccĂšs rapide, en vĂ©lo, Ă  pied ou en mĂ©tro au centre de Copenhagen. Il est lumineux, calme, bien amĂ©nagĂ© et bien dĂ©corĂ©. Les vĂ©los peuvent ĂȘtre garĂ©s en sĂ©curitĂ©. Les Ă©quipements sont suffisants, il y a 3 Ă©piceries Ă  2 minutes et Copenhagen Street Food Ă  5 minutes. Attention, il n y a pas de location de vĂ©los dans Christianshavn (Ă  part des vĂ©los cargo). Nous conseillons Rosenborg Cykler (Rosenborggade 3). Nous vous recommandons l'appartement d'Ulrik, un excellent choix pour un agrĂ©able sĂ©jour Ă  Copenhagen. Our reservation had been postponed for a year due to complications of accessing Denmark with COVID-19. Ulrik accepted this postponement. The apartment is ideally located for organizing visits. Quick access, by bike, on foot or by metro to the center of Copenhagen. It is bright, quiet, well appointed and well decorated. Bicycles can be parked safely. The facilities are sufficient, there are 3 grocery stores 2 minutes away and Copenhagen Street Food 5 minutes away. Please note that there is no bicycle rental in Christianshavn (apart cargo bikes). We recommend Rosenborg Cykler (Rosenborggade 3). We recommend Ulrik's apartment, an excellent choice for a pleasant stay in Copenhagen.

Great place and location

The place was very nice and well decorated! Wish we met the owner because of his artistic taste! It’s close to every nice neighborhood and the street is just gorgeous we absolutely loved it! Only very annoying point is the check out at 10 which is super early and the fact that we couldn’t leave our luggage in the appartement. We had to get to a luggage storage which was not close to the place and which happened to be super expensive 24€ For 6hours. So we lost energy and time on the last day when it’s not a huge effort to keep the luggage in the apartment. I rent my apartment too and I try to make things easy for my guests on their holidays.

Well-located in city and good access to Metro. Though wkend nights very loud music until late (4 a.m.). Apt. could use some upkeep--toilet seat loose, doorknobs loose, etc. 6 flights of stairs and no elevator--listing should point this out! Worked out but could have been even better.

Very good location. 100 m to the entrance of Christiania. The very personalised apartment (a lot of art) is bright and heats up quickly by the sunlight. However, 90 steps are a small challenge. Communication with the owner was uncomplicated.

Stay in an art gallery! Great Location

The host is super friendly& attentive. The location is fantastic (though "right on the canal" is a stretch - it's 2 blocks away). The bed is very comfortable & there are blackout blinds in the bedroom windows. Free coffee and a for purchase bar were nice perks. The bathroom is tight but functional & well maintained. Of course, best of all you are basically staying in an artist's gallery/ studio so the decor & lighting are a total vibe (if the arts are your thing this place is for you). That said the cleaning service could use an upgrade - the interior of the fridge was dirty, all the commonly used surfaces / appliances were pretty dusty, the shower caddy was a little grimey etc. There was a random open beer can with liquid in it, in the cupboard (not the fridge - the cabinet with the glassware) which I had to take upon myself to throw out. I could only find one mug clean enough I'd use it the first morning & had to run a load through the dishwasher to clean them all. There are also some basic repairs / upgrades needed - don't try & use the door handles to the bed / bath rooms they will come off from a basic turn / tug; the interior of the dishwasher is very rusty / disintegrating & it should probably replaced; one of the bedroom blinds doesn't stay closed & there's a little twine loop to keep it down that's really a temporary fix. All in all I liked staying here, which is why it's 4 stars. Any complaints are minor / superficial & outweighed overall by how great the place is!

Great location for city adventures

Owner is an excellent host. The property is near a scenic canal and within easy walking distance to the metro, Nyhavn (with many great restaurants and shops), and the Christiania area. The owner is a working artist and the property reflects his unique style. Potential renters should note that the property is on the fifth floor and there is no elevator.

Außergewöhnlich

Kunst, wohin das Auge schaut. Alles sehr unkompliziert und unkonventionell. Zu Gast bei Freunden: So ist diese Wohnung wohl am Besten zu beschreiben. Lediglich eine Zitronenpresse und einen Meßbecher hĂ€tte ich mir gewĂŒnscht.
