Close to airport. Good clean hotel

Good stay we enjoyed our stay checkin staff were friendly just a little slow. 1st room we got was terrible aircon didnt work and felt old and run down. Reception moved us and that room was great. Breakfast was great plenty of choices. Very close to airport and easy access to the metro. Little high on tge pricey side but good for the convenience. Would stay again

Closest hotel to the airport and M2 metro station. Both about a 5 minute sheltered walk. We would definitely stay here again.

Unfriendly & disgusting behaviour from receptionis

Hotel is fine for a layover & convenient to terminal. However-my entire experience was ruined by the aggressive, unwelcoming and simply rude woman on reception who threatened to call the police on me because apparently she didn’t like how I put my bag on the counter (I recently had shoulder surgery??). When you are the guest & you are friendly & say good evening & get back “passport” and no smile you know you’re off to a bad start. How this woman is allowed near the general public I do not know. Interestingly she was all smiles the next morning-was that because her male boss was stood next to her? She should be ashamed of her behaviour to ward a single woman travelling & expecting a simple welcome-very very much the worst reception service I have ever experienced having travelled the world. A dragon at the gate. Someone is in the wrong job to the point I suspect she’s a sociopath. Yep. That bad.

Nice place to stay if you leave early or land late

Great rooms with comfortable beds. Quiet despite how close it is to the airport. Food was just so so and way overpriced.
