Very nice stay.helpful people at reception .cleaninf staff mr murari was exceptionally good, polite and friendly.only grouse is the higher end room rent considering the property facilities

Very nice area

We were charged for the stay at arrival, plus another charge equal the amount for our stay as a holding deposit. It wasn’t refunded as promised after checkout. We had to contact them to get our money back and the amount refunded was about 7-8% less. Had to contact them again, send them proof of amount received etc. to finally get our money back.

A good option for a long weekend, away from the city centre, though quite expensive for what’s included. We stayed for three nights in August 2025 and paid around £210 per night. The room was pleasant and functional, with a comfortable bed and a nice shower, though on the small side. There was no safe or fridge in the room, and clothing storage was limited to 3 wall hooks and 4-5 hangers. The AC/climate control system works well and was easy to use. Some reviews online suggest the hotel doesn't have this, but that’s not the case. Breakfast was decent with hot and cold options provided. Certainly not the best we’ve had in the Nordics, but a solid effort and nice to have. The location is lovely and quiet. Set in the newly developed Nordhavn area with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The metro and train station are a 10–15 minute walk from the hotel, and the metro into the city centre is very quick. We would definitely consider staying again, provided the room rate was more reasonable.

Good hotel about 10 minutes walk from Nordhavn metro by the waterside. Area felt safe and quiet. Rooms were clean but minimal equipment- nowhere to hang or store clothes, no safe, no fridge, no desk, one chair. Good breakfast.

We loved the architecture of Nordhavn, the nearby restaurants and grocery stores, the energy of the waterfront and easy access to transit. The breakfast buffet was a great start to the day. Only complaint: we happened to be in Copenhagen during a heatwave and the room stayed pretty warm at night without real air conditioning, so it was hard to sleep at times.

This was a short stop over, just 3 nights. Location is fine, it was quiet, just 500 odd metres to the Metro station. Rooms were small but comfortable. Breakfast was average. Copenhagen is a wonderful city with so much to do.

Had a great stay at this hotel. Very clean, great neighbourhood, short walk to the Metro. Room was a minimalist design, lack of storage for clothing which was annoying. Strange that there was not a phone in the phone in the room to call the front desk. No safe in the room either. Liked that there was an ironing room available in the hotel and there is also a very well equipped gym.

Bit of a walk from city centre but Nordhavn is whole area on its own. Walkable, with plenty of nearby dining options. The hotel is modern and comfortable. Breakfast can be hectic depending on day of the week. Maybe need some kind of system to prevent people from working or reading at a dining table. Or from filling mugs and plates with food and drink, leaving nothing for the next people.
