Large hotel, refurbished room. Excellent lighting system! Very clean and tidy, plenty to do, the hotel puts on events. Nice bar (2 of them). Great staff. Will stay here again.

Hotel is nice and check in and out can be done onli e which saves q lot of time. Room was quite small. The controls for the lights are confusing and dont work very well. No coffee making facilities in my room which was disappointing. Gym.is small but well equipped. I didnt try the spa or the food. Location is nice and quite handy. Walking distance to the city.

Had a great stay here. Lovely hotel, very modern and clean. Breakfast was brilliant with plenty of choice. The spa was also great to relax in. Would say it was slightly pricey, considering you are a guest at hotel, but nice to relax during a busy city break. Overall, a great stay.

I am totally disappointed with this hotel. The blackout curtain can’t cover the entire window, and the light is just outside the window. The light bothers me whole night and the pillows are extremely high and uncomfortable.

Unfortunately the property was overpriced for the amenities and service. The lights in the room are awful to operate, I had to change rooms because my lights wouldn’t turn off and there was no power to my electrical outlets. The staff were friendly. All additional services were expensive. Next time I will spend my money elsewhere.

Nice hotel, will i stay again, not sure…… Why: amenities should be a lot better for the price that you pay. There was no coffee machine or kettle for hot water or tea in the room but they do provide coffee at the reception are for additional fee. No thank you! Rooms are very small, they look a lot bigger on the photo. I did booked canal view room but I didn’t got one. Staff was nice.

Lovely modern hotel.

Amazing experience! Worth any penny spent. Brand new, clean and solid modern hotel. Lots and lots of place or table to seat at. Beautiful view of water from every floor and bigger terrace/lounge on 6th floor. Very efficient with 6 elevators so no waiting. Breakfast was great and lots of choice, you can also do your own waffles. Walking distance to all museums, attractions and restaurants. The Wellness Club is optional but highly recommended. About 45USD for 2 hours of pool, sauna or feet tub… a pleasant break from the hassle of downtown. Corner rooms are spacious and bathrooms are very modern style. Very safe waterfront as the rest of Copenhagen.

As I got to the hotel before check in, I wanted to store my bags somrwhere. The hotel has no FREE storage. So i paid €40 eruos for a locker which was the only option, only to be told 10 minutes later my room was ready so that was a complete waste of money. I tried getting a refund to which the hotel staff were very unhelpful. You also have to pay for the swimming as an added extra which is ridiculous especially when I paid extra to have a hotel with a pool originally.
