Location was very convenient. Staff was great! Rooms were comfortable. Restaurant food and staff were great….just need more help as it was a busy weekend. I would suggest they do a coffee and quick grab and go buffet as many people would opt for that heading out to the mountain. But the staff did a great job navigating the morning rush.

Solid location and generally clean, but the service needs serious attention. Pros - Great location — easy access to local spots and transit. - Overall clean rooms and common areas. - Check-in was straightforward and efficient. Cons - Service felt unreliable: the restaurant was clearly understaffed, with many new employees, leading to long waits and inconsistent quality. - Housekeeping/room service was minimal at best — fresh towels and toiletries were provided, but they made one bed and left the other unmade… what?!? Bottom Line: If you prioritize location and basic cleanliness, this can work for a short stay. But if consistent service matters to you, be prepared for some frustration until staffing and training improve.
