Basic hotel items (laundry, soap, etc.) were limited. Walls were very thin. Heard snoring, talking... Front desk personnel seemed bothered by our questions.

At the time of booking, I spoke to the receptionist and told them that my children were interested in the Summer activities that copper Mountain offered. The receptionist neglected to tell me that they were shut down for the first two weeks of June when we booked. Upon arriving for check-in, no receptionist was at the front desk. After about 10 minutes, the bartender went to find the receptionist. When she arrived, she was very rude.

Beautiful new property walking distance to the slopes. Parking for one car only. Food in the restaurant was average and it seems like they are short staffed. Can’t beat the location!

Mixed review on service

The bar and breakfast service (Alex and Charles) was good, but housekeeping was a hot mess. The maid didn't know how to make a bed. Housekeeping was by request, and after the 2nd day we asked for new sheets and towels, and we had to remake the bed. We did not request housekeeping again during our stay.

Liked everything about this hotel! Staff , are helpful and friendly, best coffee around in my opinion, have a nice restaurant full menu for all3 meals , I did not eat other than breakfast and it was great,

Tired facility in need of updates. Poor kitchen ventilation wafted throughout lobby. Bathroom tissue holder installed backwards in all rooms. Outright rude, disinterested young lady at check in. Far from our lifts.

Very friendly helpful staff during a busy spring break. Limited parking but staff helpful with solutions. Also thin walls so first night noisy but staff helpful in changing our room next night and was less noisy. Restaurant was below average food for dinner.
