Everything was clean and ready for us. It was nice to have a lot of windows in the unit. There are areas of the condo that could use help, such as the fan in the second bathroom that is extremely loud (and we chose not to use), door frames that need to be refinished, and lamps in the second bedroom that were not in good repair. But all in all, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you for a very good visit.

Passage Point is in an excellent location in the center village area of Copper Mountain. It’s an easy 5 minute walk to both main lifts, which makes it perfect for families who are wanting to wake up right at the base. The unit itself is fine, although it could use a good once over by a handyman to take care of a number of unaddressed issues like non-working light switches, loose handles and the like. It is challenging to figure out how to get ahold of a Vacasa team member, which would have been handy to report some of the issues.

The location is great. Central village. Check in and check out instructions could be clearer and to the point. The house was very cold so we had to sleep in layers and multiple blankets. The lights in both bedrooms did not work the whole time we were there. And some light switches caused us to have electric shock when we attempt to turn on, it felt a little unsafe.

The property is in a great location. Very close to restaurants and just an easy shuttle ride to the Kokomo Express lift. The condo could use a little TLC and there was no coffee (although plenty of coffee makers), but overall I would definitely stay here again.

Overall, a nice unit. The closest elevator was out of order which was very inconvenient. Also, the dining rooms chairs desperately need to be replaced.The location and views were very nice. The bathrooms were remodeled and modern (clean too). Oh, and the ice machine did not work. Overall a good stay though.

Can't beat location

This condo is perfectly located for a family ski weekend. We appreciated the ski lockers, access to the hot tubs, and how quickly we could get from the condo to the lifts or to restaurants in the village. The condo itself is completely sufficient with everything that is needed. Living space is cozy and comfortable, as are both bedrooms. The dining chairs were not particularly comfortable, though we did appreciate having a dining set - and the space did not feel too cramped as these condos sometimes can. We would have appreciated more plates/bowls and silverware. While we were only there for two days, we had to do dishes after every meal to have enough bowls/spoons/plates for the four of us. It is not a huge deal, but I appreciate when kitchens are well-stocked enough that we can load the dishwasher after meals and still have enough dishware for the rest of the weekend. But overall - a fabulous location and good condo for a great ski weekend.

Adequate but needs some TLC

Property was clean and sufficient for our 2 night stay. Property has numerous maintainance issues - each relatively minor but all together create an atmosphere of needing some TLC. (broken window blinds prevent bedroom from being adequately dark, cabinet door off hinges, dining room chair seats cushions are long overdue for replacement, ripped bedspread, electrical plug on bedroom worked only intermittently).

The parking around this area is horrible. We didn't have the parking pass int the unit as we were told there would be. The did get us a pass pretty quickly. We had 2 cars and the check-in instruction email said we would have to park the second car at a lot down the street. They said there was a and to pay that at the kiosk. That lot is a dirt lot, there is no kiosk and the sign says that no overnight parking is allowed. I spent over an hour and a half trying to get help on this issue (both on the phone and also texting) with customer service. They told me a few times that a local rep would help us and to just wait for them to respond. No one ever responded. The unit itself is in a great area and is in good condition. If you stay at this property, do NOT take more than one vehicle. Also, the temperature was 43 degrees the first morning and low 50's the second morning and the heater did not work.

Perfect location just a few hundred feet from the two main center village lifts. Tons of great food options within walking distance. Hot tubs and pool are meticulously maintained and super clean/clear. Perfect place to relax after a long day on the slopes. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, everything you need.

Great location

Spacious, full amenities, and comfortable. Quiet during quiet hours, you can hear folks in the hall, but it was tolerable. The condo is near the lifts and central village. No parking issues in the garage and the wifi worked well. The only amenity that did not work was the cable or normal tv as there was weak signal on all the tvs. Thankfully there were some dvds to watch during the down time. There is no network streaming like roku so bring your laptop or protable projector if you need to watch something. The management said they would look into the cable tv issue but it was never fixed during our short stay. Otherwise, it was a good place to vacation in. Would stay again.
