Located in Village Square at Copper Mountain Resort, approximately 150 yards from the American Eagle chairlift, this condo offers the convenience of proximity to a grocery store, excellent shops, and water activities at West Lake near the main entrance. You'll also be near the Copper Free Shuttle for easy navigation of the area.

This updated condo is on the top floor and has a modern rustic design and new furnishings. Bask in the sunlight in the solarium-style living area, or peer out the large set of windows at beautiful mountain views. Lounge on the classic leather sofa or one of the comfortable chairs and warm up by the fire. Settle in with a movie on the large cable TV, with a DVD and a CD player. Surf the internet with the free WiFi access to check the weather and stay in touch with people at home.

The dining area is excellent for gathering and conversing over the mouthwatering meals you'll create in the upgraded, galley-style kitchen with an open breakfast bar. With modern black appliances, including a dishwasher and high-end cookware, you'll be able to move through meal prep and cleanup in no time. The second bedroom suite features a kitchenette with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and microwave. There's also a washer/dryer in this home, so you can pack light and return home with clean clothes!

Staying in the Village means you have ready access not just to the slopes but to a nearby golf course, too. Unwind after a day of playing and exploring and spend some time in the shared hot tub. Fit in a workout at the Copper Mountain Athletic Center for an additional fee, or take a leisurely swim in the pool, then return home to freshen up and head out for the night. If you're here to ski, walk to the American Eagle chairlift, mere steps from your door. If you prefer a more serene experience, work in some cross-country skiing or snowshoeing. And if you visit in the summer, you won't be at a loss for hiking, mountain biking trails, golf, and fishing.

(A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
