Villa Artist's house has the most beautiful panoramic sea view of Corfu, located in North East Corfu, in Porta Sinies. The fully air-conditioned Villa covers an area of 160 m² and has two levels. It is surrounded by a plot of 1800 m2, 5 parking spaces inside the gate, a barbecue and a very large partly covered terrace with swimming pool. For the comfort of the client the villa has few steps, concerning loading or unloading (shopping, luggage ...)
On the ground floor there is a modern design kitchen with dining area and living room with a large flat screen TV and ethanol fireplace. A laundry room with many drawers and closet and a washer-dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with all amenities and guests will find welcome gifts upon their arrival.
The living room and the ground floor bedroom have floor-to-ceiling glazing doors that lead to the pool or to a covered terrace and offer breathtaking sea views from the inside. The bedroom has television, desktop, en-suite bath with enclosure shower. An additional independent toilet in the entrance is available for guests.
The internal stairs lead to the first floor where three other rooms are fitted. One bedroom with double bed ,flat screen TV and 2 large windows overlooking the sea and en-suite bath with sea view . The second bedroom on this floor is a romantic rooftop layout with an imposing four poster double bed and a desk, large windows with sea view, while customers can use the extra shower in the end of the corridor . A third room with double bed ,flat screen TV,large wordroabe and large glazzing door with view to the pool and the magnificent horizon.What makes this house unique is the artistic decoration that the owner has made by himself and the picturesque view of the northeastern side of Corfu, Albania, Examilia to the city of Corfu. Guests can experience the colorful morning sunrise, even from the bath in the master bedroom or large balcony.
The bedroom on the ground floor also has unique advantages of its large glazing window , guests can relax in bed and admire the pool's water feature that blends with the horizon and the sea.
Guests are advised to rent a car so they can visit the island, its local markets, restaurants and beaches. The Villa is located in Porta Sinies, a little up on the island where there are many villas and where wealthy guests prefer to spend their holidays. 330 meters from the villa there is the famous restaurant "The Panorama", the villa is also close to several beaches like: KOULOURA 5 KM ,AVLAKI 6 KM,KERASIA 7 KM, AGIOS STEFANOS 6 KM, KASSIOPI 7KM, also close to cafe / bar, restaurants, supermarket, doctors ect.
