Guidelines for Guests

Towels
Pool towels provided are not for beach use. If you need beach towels, they can be rented for €20 per towel for your stay. Please ask your concierge. If you use our towels as beach towels, we will charge you 70 euro per towel penalty.

Smoking Policy
Smoking is prohibited indoors. You are welcome to smoke only on the balcony, house patio, or in the exterior beach area, where ashtrays are provided.

Toilet Paper Disposal
In Greece, please do not dispose of used toilet paper in the toilet. Use the bins located next to the toilet and discard waste daily. Rubbish can be disposed of in the outside bin or any green rubbish bins found along the main road of Corfu island. In Benitses the green rubbish bins are located after Hotel Maris on the parking lot.

Housekeeping Services
Cleaning is scheduled before your arrival and again midway through your stay, unless you specify otherwise. This routine is based on weekly reservations. The cleaner will start with exterior tasks and arrive at the house around 9:30 AM. If you prefer no cleaning services at all or wish for her to arrive later, please notify us in advance. Be aware that late cleaner arrivals may not always be feasible. During the mid-stay cleaning, the cleaner will change hand and body towels, replenish toiletries, drinking water, and coffee, vacuum, polish, mop the floors, and remove rubbish. She will not wash dishes; please keep the kitchen tidy and use the provided dishwasher. In line with our sustainability program, bed linen is changed weekly. If you'd like fresh linen during the mid-stay cleaning, an additional fee of 150 euros will apply. The same fee applies for extra cleaning days if needed. If you require additional cleaning services, please inform us as soon as possible to ensure they can be scheduled.

Visitors and Gatherings
Parties and visits from other guests must be discussed with your concierge. All visitors are required to provide their passport details prior to their arrival.

Check-Out Procedures
Check-out is at 09:00. If you wish to stay later, please ask your concierge about availability. On check-out day, the housekeeper will begin cleaning the exterior of the property and work her way inside. Kindly leave your bedrooms as soon as possible to facilitate this process. You must vacate the property by 10:00 am. If you need to store your luggage, contact your concierge for more information.

Property Damage
Upon check-out, either the concierge or the housekeeper will inspect for damages. Any damage must be settled on the spot; otherwise, charges may be processed through your booking platform, which could incur additional fees.

Check-Out Instructions for Early or Late Departures
Personal Belongings: Double-check all wardrobes and drawers for personal items.
Locking Up: After gathering your belongings, please lock the door and leave the key in the lockbox (code 3636).
Feedback: If you enjoyed your stay, we would appreciate a 5-star review. For suggestions on improvements, please provide feedback directly to your concierge rather than in a public review.

Environmental Fee
An environmental fee of €15 per house, per day, is applicable and should be paid to your concierge upon arrival unless it was included in your already paid price (check your payment).

Wi-Fi Access
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. If you experience issues, first try restarting the router located next to the entrance door in your suite. If that does not resolve the problem, please contact your concierge.

We offer a wide range of excursions on the island. To ensure availability, please book early, especially during peak season. For private tours, pick-up will be arranged directly at your apartment.

Quiet Hours
Please respect quiet hours from 15:30 to 17:30 and from 22:00 to 07:00. We ask that noise levels be kept to a minimum during these times.

Respect for Property
Treat the house as if it were your own. Please respect the natural surroundings and adhere to safety guidelines.

Safety Precautions
Do not jump from the balcony. Supervise children at all times.

Buffet Breakfast in Corfu Maris Hotel
Buffet breakfast is available daily from 7:30 to 10:00 a.m. and can be accessed via the beach patio. To reach it, turn right on the beach; the restaurant is right next door. Please specify your name and Fronte Mare Suite to gain entry to the buffet area.
Within the same restaurant, optional snacks (burgers etc.) are served for an additional charge from 11:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., and à la carte seafood and Mediterranean cuisine is available for lunch and dinner from 1:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. daily. Reservations for tables can be made directly at the restaurant.
