Villa has an outstanding view & setting. Short walk into Barbati or to the bus stop. Great swimming pool & loved the infinity feel to it. Villa is comfortable, shower & air conditioning very good. Beds comfy. The arranged taxi rides were both on time & excellent. The only things that could improve the experience are: bedding & towels changed in the week. Bins emptied also in the week.It was very hot while we were there. It also needs a sharp knife & a bottle of cold water in the fridge on arrival would be good too.

Traumhafte Lage, man muss aber GlĂŒck mit den Nachbarn haben

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Villa Renata 2 und können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen.Der Ausblick vom Pool und oberen Schlafzimmer ist unschlagbar. PrivatsphĂ€re ist absolut gegeben.Das Haus wurde alle 2-3 Tage gereinigt, wobei die ein oder andere Ecke schon ĂŒbersehen wurde, was uns jetzt aber nicht besonders gestört hat. Der Gesamteindruck war sauber.Der Pool wurde wĂ€hrend unseres Aufenthaltes (10 Tage) nicht manuell gereinigt. Der Boden des Pools hĂ€tte mal geschrubbt werden können, aber auch das wĂ€re Meckern auf sehr hohem Niveau. Insgesamt war das Wasser sehr sauber. Die 4 Liegen auf der Terrasse waren super bequem, ein 2. Sonnenschirm hĂ€tte nur nicht geschadet. Die Ausstattung der KĂŒche ist schon recht veraltet, Pfannen haben sĂ€mtliche Beschichtung verloren und beim Topf löst sich langsam der Boden. Es war aber alles notwendige vorhanden und funktionierte.Je nach Saison, kann es durch die naheliegende Strandbar/-restaurant vermutlich auch recht laut werden. Das Haus ist typisch Mittelmeer ziemlich hellhörig. Unsere Nachbarn waren zum GlĂŒck recht leise, wir können uns aber vorstellen, dass es mit weniger rĂŒcksichtsvoller Nachbarschaft doch auch unangenehm werden kann. Mehrere kleine SupermĂ€rkte und Restaurants sind fußlĂ€ufig schnell zu erreichen. ZurĂŒck muss man nur einen relativ steilen Weg hinauf.Scheinbar ist es Zufall, welches der beiden HĂ€user (Renata 1 und 2) man bekommt, was auch die unterschiedlichen Bilder in der Beschreibung erklĂ€rt.

Sehr schönes Haus mit tollem Blick

Sehr schones, kleines Haus mit kleinem flachen Pool am oberen Rande des Ortes. Toller Blick auf die Bucht,großartiger Sonnenaufgang.Gute Ausgangslage fĂŒr AusflĂŒge uber die ganze Insel, aber auch "nur" zum 500m bergab gelegenen Kiesstrand. Diverse Restaurants fußlĂ€ufig .KĂŒchenausstattung ĂŒbersichtlich in Hinblnk auf Schusseln, Backofenforme n o.Ă€., auf geĂ€ußerte WĂŒnsche wird aber unkompliziert und schnell eingegangen.

Pleasant stay at Renata Gold

Overall we had a nice stay, we like Greece and the food and people very much but there were a few issues to be addressed. Pool not cleaned at all while we stayed for the week. Minimal kitchen equipment for cooking. Noisy and troublesome next door neighbours using pool till 4am and being excessively noisy! We understand Management did put in a call to them so thank for that but it was unsuccessful! Security not up to scratch as my bedroom on the ground floor door was not locking so I pushed a chair in front of it!

Atembraubene Aussicht in guter Lage

Wir (Meine Frau und zwei Jungs 6/9 Jahre) waren fĂŒr eine Woche in der Ferienwohnung. Die Aussicht und Lage fĂŒr AusfĂŒgle sind sehr gut. Der Fussweg zum Strand dauert ca. 5 bis 10 Min. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr sauber und wird regelmĂ€ssig gesĂ€ubert. Wir fanden die Ausstattung der KĂŒche nicht ganz so gut, weil es nur abgezĂ€hlte GlĂ€ser, Teller, Besteck etc gibt. Zudem fehlt in einem der BĂ€der die Duschkabine. Trotzdem handelt es sich um eine sehr schöne Wohnung und wir wĂŒrden diese auch weiterempfehlen.

Schöne Aussicht, in der NĂ€he ein toller sauberer Strand 5 min zu Fuß. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, alles ist neu. Ich wĂŒrde gerne eine SpĂŒlmaschine. Nicht genug Zubehör fĂŒr die Zubereitung von Mahlzeiten. Sie mĂŒssen auch Salz, GewĂŒrze mitnehmen oder kaufen. In den GeschĂ€ften in der NĂ€he ist nicht so eine große Auswahl, es ist besser, zu Lidl zu fahren. Ich empfehle dieses Haus, einen wunderbaren Urlaub.

Perfect Honeymoon Getawat

We spent 9 days at Villa Renata Gold and it was just paradise. From the private pool and proximity to the beach and market and comfortability of the home we would highly recommend any young family or couple rent this villa. We look forward to booking again soon.
