Accommodation
This attractive two-storey villa accommodates up to 6 guests across 3 spacious air-conditioned bedrooms. The bedrooms share a large modern bathroom, and there is also a guest WC on the ground floor. Each bedroom features built-in wardrobes, patio doors, and balconies that offer sweeping sea views.
Ground Floor
The ground floor opens to a bright and modern living area with large patio doors that lead to the front terrace, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor flow. Here, guests can enjoy a comfortable lounge with a large sofa, a decorative fireplace, and views to the open sea. The open-plan space includes a fully equipped modern kitchen with all essential appliances. A second dining area accommodates six guests comfortably, with an additional breakfast table nearby. A guest WC completes the ground floor.
Top Floor
An internal staircase leads to the upper floor, home to the master bedroom with a private balcony, a second double bedroom with a balcony, and a third double bedroom with access to two balconies. A large modern bathroom with bath, washbasin, WC, and washing machine serves the bedrooms.
