About this property

San Marino Poolside Stay

Surrounded by sun-drenched vineyards and the gentle hills of Passano di Coriano, this inviting apartment blends rustic charm with the soul of Italian wine country. Set within a working agriturismo, it offers a serene escape just 9 km from the golden beaches of Riccione and the excitement of attractions like Aquafan and Oltremare.

The property is ideal for those seeking both relaxation and adventure. Guests can unwind by the shared swimming pool with sun loungers, enjoy quiet moments in the shared garden with comfortable furniture, or savor panoramic views from the roof terrace. A playground and high chair make it a family-friendly choice, and the presence of a personal recreation room and patio provides perfect corners to relax after a day of exploring.

One of the highlights of staying here is the opportunity to immerse in local wine culture. The agriturismo is home to its own vineyard, and the owner, Sandro, personally leads wine tours and tastings of the famous Sangiovese varietal—a memorable and enriching experience for wine lovers.

Nearby, the town of Coriano offers traditional trattorias and charming cafés, while Riccione boasts a vibrant food scene—from seaside seafood spots to stylish aperitivo bars. Don't miss a day trip to the UNESCO-listed Republic of San Marino or the historic city of Rimini, both within easy reach for a cultural excursion.

Whether you're after beach days, countryside serenity, or a taste of Italian wine tradition, this apartment offers a perfect base for an unforgettable getaway.
